Bang for the buck!
The price is always competitive, delivery is fast and the products are very nice. There are faster or better offers out there, but "bang for the buck" is where Elegoo stands out. Have 3 printers already, will get some more in some time. Keep up the good work!

I've done many purchases from Elegoo and never had an issue with the shipping or the products. I had a fan giving up on me and i contacted support and they sent me a new fan. I have nothing bad at all to say. Great prices, great support and awesome products.

all experiences i had with elegoo
all experiences i had with elegoo, their printers, their resin and esspecially the customer support were absolutly great. techical issues were very rare compared to the masses of prints i've done and if one appeared the customer service solved my problem within a few mails. if i could i would give 6 stars.

Elegoo Neptune 4 Max – schlechte Qualität, mangelhafte Ersatzteilabwicklung
Bewertungstext: Ich habe den Elegoo Neptune 4 Max gekauft und war von der Qualität sehr enttäuscht. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit zeigte das Gerät starken Verschleiß und war schließlich defekt. Der Kontakt mit dem Support war mühsam: Ich musste mehrfach die gleichen Dinge erklären und bekam immer wieder unnötige Rückfragen, statt schnelle Hilfe. Erst nach deutlicher Kritik erhielt ich die Zusage für Ersatzteile. Diese Ersatzteile bedeuteten jedoch nicht, dass man ein funktionierendes Gerät bekommt, sondern lediglich einzelne Baugruppen, die zudem schlecht vormontiert waren. Am Ende des Tages bleibt es am Kunden hängen, die Reparatur selbst durchzuführen – das entspricht nicht meinem Anspruch, denn ich erwarte von einem neuen Gerät Zuverlässigkeit und im Garantiefall einen unkomplizierten Austausch. Zusätzlich kam noch hinzu, dass ich für diese Ersatzteile auch noch Zollgebühren zahlen musste, obwohl es sich klar um Austauschware im Rahmen der Garantie handelte. Für mich ist das nicht akzeptabel. Insgesamt: schlechte Produktqualität, frustrierender und langsamer Support, mangelhafte Ersatzteile und zusätzliche Kosten. Ich hatte von Elegoo deutlich mehr erwartet – so bleibt leider nur ein Stern. Alles weitere wird in einem zukünftigen review auf YouTube zu finden sein!
