The curriculum is suitable for children.

Customer service and online instant bill pay needs a lot of work. I try to avoid calling billing because they never really help. Sales helped me with billing and were extremely more helpful. 1st and last year. My kids have been deactivated 3 times. I had money issues and still was able to pay, maybe it's incorporating AI that's the issue because the payments bounce or they don't properly change the dates of auto pay but because of this issue my kids suffer for it. For a Christian school they seem to honor mammon (money entity) more than Jesus. 1st and last year for them here

Enlightium Academy has been the best school Could’ve Ever have had our kids start at I love the Christian based curriculum, always teaching the kids about God in every way and they have a Bible course, which is amazing to teach them about god and Jesus I love the flexible hours. The people are always so kind when you speak to them. I feel like since my kids started going Enlightium Academy that we just get to spend more time as a family and I get to know my kids better unlike the traditional public schools where they’re gone all the time and you’re gone. It’s really been a blessing for our family to have found in this school and I am thankful for a Enlightium Academy.

Enlightium Academy provides an excellent traditional education for our children from the comfort of our home. We removed our children from private education to your online private school and we have never regretted this decision. The teachers are excellent and they really do care. Your school curriculum addresses our education needs as well as spiritual needs. We the Williams family are so thankful for Enlightium Academy Teachers and Staff. Enlightium has been such a blessing. We have tried other online curriculum but found them to be disappointing. Enlightium however has been wonderful. Teachers are available, curriculum is appropriate, and the program is flexible which is imperative to our family. I also love the faith based learning and do not have to worry my daughter is being exposed to inappropriate information. Highly recommend!

My son has a bit of a problem with concentration in subjects he is not to interested in. Though with some encouragement and help he gets his school work completed. Enlightium makes both my son's and my experience very manageable and fair to keep up. I find that with thie current climate and toxicity in the public system of education, we have a most comfortable faith and family friendly choice of education. Thank you

My second student graduates this year. Both of my graduates have been recruited to college and both colleges recognize Enlightium as a premium education. My youngest is above her peers in education. I recommend to many parents who are struggling with their school system.

Great first year with Enlightium. Excellent communication from everyone. Easy to navigate system and can make sure my son is on track with school. Staff is caring, kind, and encouraging.

The staff always go above and beyond for my student. No matter what the circumstances Enlightium is always asking what they can do to assist. As a parent so much weight has been lifted off my shoulders and so much support has been given to my child.

The people and their love for the Lord make Enlightium great. Also being able to choose the level of help required is nice. However, the curriculum is heavy on reading. VERY heavy and huge chunks of information are covered at a time with seemingly no rhyme or reason. There is also a STEEP learning curve when getting started. The information for parents and students could definitely be streamlined.

Training video would not load for me and the supplemental training was piece mailed and confusing. Some teachers assign entirely too much testing. Lots of glitches in the system of which they say it never happens to anyone else, makes me feel very special!

I'm revising my review to 3 stars because EA took my feedback seriously. Our experience was outstanding from grades 1-4, but their behavior at the start of grade 5 was unacceptable. Given our extremes of satisfaction (5-star) and disappointment (1-star), I'm settling on 3 stars as a middle ground.

This is pure nightmare & dishonesty! My special needs child will not have high school diploma because of this so called online school. He worked hard & then we got behind in payment! Couldn’t log on ! Major weirdness! Now I have collection agency contacting me! My child was denied the ability to do his school work because I missed monthly payment. We are back in public school now. They wouldn’t give us his report cards or give him credits. This is not a true Christian school!

Overall the program is great, however we do have some problems with the instructions video not playing.
