Calls were promptly & politely answered. The brief was listened-to, understood and interpreted well. I opted for a standard service, but received a turn-around time more in line with my expectations for a premium and urgent delivery. A statement of service was delivered when it was promised and expected. One can't ask or hope for better from a company - so full marks go to Eclipse. Well done!

Very professional and efficient service - highly recommended

Very professional service and helpful. They explained what was required in my circumstances and how they would seek to serve papers on a debtor and provide sworn statements. Regular communication received keeping me up to date on progress and offered solutions to issues faced. When the debtor couldn't be traced they offered a tracing service and within a short period of time located the debtor and served court papers on them. I would definitely recommend and use Eclipse again in the future if needed.

Fabulous Service from Eclipse

I was very impressed by the service and the agent sent to carry out the process serving for me. The matter was difficult and the defendant tried to evade service but due to perseverance by Eclipse and their agent, they tracked him down, obtained information for me to make an application for substituted service and the defendant was effectively served. I would not hesitate to recommend them
