I found this course to be very useful. Dr. Nicholas Tullo made the content easy to understand. The additional Chalk Talks are also a great addition to the course—it was nice to be able to log in and watch 2-4 of them in a short period of time. I would highly recommend this course!!
Outstanding Resource for basic and advanced ECG mastery!
ECG Academy has been an exceptional resource for advancing my understanding of electrocardiography. The content is presented in a clear, step-by-step format that makes even complex concepts easy to grasp. The combination of concise explanations, high-quality visuals, and practical case examples has helped me build both confidence and accuracy in ECG interpretation.
I especially appreciate the ability to learn at my own pace while still feeling supported by expert instruction. This platform is ideal for anyone—from beginners to advanced clinicians—who wants to strengthen their ECG skills.
I highly recommend ECG Academy to anyone in healthcare who is looking for a comprehensive, user-friendly, and well-structured way to master ECG interpretation.
ECG Academy is a great resource for NPs or PAs that are wanting to learn more about ECGs. I found the videos engaging, and the quizzes and exams are a great way to test your understanding and review the content. I would highly recommend this course as the cases are based off of real patients with complex problems. After finishing the course, I felt comfortable analyzing ECGs I would have previously found very intimidating.
Great course! Short, digestible videos with clear explanations of different rhythms. Can start/stop course and complete at your own pace. Highly recommend!
I was initially intimidated by the Level 1 and 2 size of the course. However, this course has appropriate length videos that are not drawn out or too in depth. Easy to follow, can repeat as many times as you wish. Broken up into multiple segments and sections, videos extremely beneficial for reviewing heart anatomy and pathophysiology to augment EKG learning in school. Well organized and laid out platform. Would recommend to any clinican looking to improve their ECG skills. Thank you Dr. Nick Tullo!
Dr Nick is an incredible instructor. His detailed lessons, chalk-talks, and quizzes make challenging ECGs and rhythm strips understandable. I will use his tips daily in my position as a hospitalist NP. If you watch and pay attention to the lessons, you too will be successful with the course. Great job Dr Nick!
The ECG Academy has been an incredible experience and exceeded my expectations! Dr. Nick's teaching approach is clear, engaging, and insightful, offering advanced concepts in a way that's easy to grasp. I genuinely appreciate how much I've learned and how it will enhance my confidence and proficiency in interpreting ECGs. Whether you're new to ECGs or have prior experience like I did, this academy is a treasure trove of knowledge. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to advance their expertise!
In depth, physiologic based, course on reading the 12-lead ECG. Dr. Nick distills the information into easy to digest bites with many practical examples of real-life ECGs. It’s not just pattern recognition, it’s the why behind the pattern. Thanks Dr. Nick!
This is an extremely thorough course in a format that really facilitates comprehension and retention of the material. I plan to recommend it to all of the newer providers at my clinic!
Dr. Tullo does a great job explaining the fundamentals of ECGs and the short videos are a great format and mostly easy to understand. Sometimes they seem a little disorgranized but the repetition makes up for it. This is the best ECG tutorial/teaching I have ever had.
found the course to be extremely informative and beneficial. I learnt a lot about ECGs, which were not taught well in my medical school, and even as a junior doctor, there were no proper ECG teaching sessions at hospitals. This course has significantly filled that gap in my education.
Now I am not afraid to look at ECGs anymore.
My undergraduate physiology course was my first exposure to ECG interpretation. I can tell you without a doubt I was horridly disastrous at this newfound skill. Fast-forward to my ABSN nursing education and I once again encountered my old enemy. In 2019, I read Dr. Dale Dubin's "Rapid Interpretation of EKGs, 6th edition" to help me bolster my knowledge of this widely complex topic.
Now, in my MSN-FNP program, after completing Dr. Tullo's course, I can say I am much more confident in my ECG interpretation skills. I never imagined the breadth of knowledge I would attain in this subject years ago. Yes, the course is long; however, it is well worth it. Developing an understanding of how ECGs work as well as the mechanism of abnormal ECG findings greatly improves interpretation ability. Even topics such as the interpretation of acute MIs, LVH, and axis deviation are in my toolbelt now: something I would have never dreamed of years ago.
I am 100% certain that the materials and understanding of ECGs I have acquired from Dr. Tullo's course will serve me tremendously in my coming years as a future NP.
Thank you again to Dr. Tullo!
The ECG Academy has given our Advanced Practice Provider students an opportunity to learn advanced interpretation of ECGs. I have been using the ECG Academy in our graduate level Advanced Diagnostics and Reasoning course for five years. The students find the course challenging, but very well worth the investment. The interactive presentation and feedback from Dr. Tullo enhances their learning all while being able to complete on their own schedules. I am so thankful I was introduced to the ECG Academy and would highly recommend the course to any person/student who is trying to learn how to read and interpret ECGs. Dr. Tullo's course is affordable and students are far more engaged than simply using a textbook.
My experience was amazing and I learned everything I needed to know to receive my ECG certificate. The explanations and videos provided throughout the course made it easier for me to understand. The breakdown of each course makes it flexible to work around your schedule as well. There were times I needed to contact Dr. Nick and he was pleasant and quick to help. He also responded very quickly. I would recommend this to anyone! Thank you so much!
I am a Family NP student and just finished Level II (I did Level I last semester). I believe the CA Board of Nursing only requires recognizing acute MI patterns in 12 Lead ECGs - but, I learned so much more with ECG Academy! Before grad school, I was a cardiac ICU nurse and thought I had a good foundation. However, Dr Nick's program taught me so much more than all of my previous ECG trainings combined. There are so many more layers to ECG interpretation than I thought. He is an awesome teacher and I am grateful for his class.
