I've been using EarnBitmoon for about two months now and I'm very happy with it. The minimum withdrawal is only 20 cents, and I've been consistently receiving my payments directly to my FaucetPay account. The tasks are simple and straightforward, and I appreciate how fast the payments are processed. I especially like the faucet, where you can claim coins every five minutes. It's a reliable way to earn some crypto.

The faucet time is too large, the number of rewards is 5, and the ads are very limited. You cannot collect one dollar per day. Please reduce the faucet time (this has been improved and will be reviewed again)

Not worth the hype ! My experience has not been a positive one , The overall process with pay is not impressive and cannot be mentioned in the same directory with SPACE BANK . Advance solution and good pay .

Excuse me, dear Earnbitmoon team. If possible, I would like to understand why my account was suspended. I had started yesterday on their services, and this morning I came across the suspended access message. I looked for support within the site, however, I did not find it. Please just want to know the exact reason! If I can correct the error and continue using your services, I would be truly grateful. You are great, but this question saddened me., Waiting for answers.

My account was blocked without any reason after two surveys.

Very bad website. When i withdraw my money they suspended my account without any reason. When i message on support they treat me badly.

Update 18 June 2025 - No change to issue stated below. I am very disappointed that someone cannot take constructive suggestion - or for that matter reject it. But to block me his telegram group for no other reason - truly shameful. I will change the rating if I am unblocked on the Telegram chat, or if I am subsequently blocked on the site. Firstly, if you are looking to make a lot of money, forget it, these sites are not going to make you rich. The site itself, in my experience is not terrible. Not the best, but I have seen far worse. The faucet is probably the worst aspect of the site in my experience. It is the one aspect I have used most as I do not tend to do shortlinks, and offerwalls on all sites. The faucet takes a long time to open, and does not display well on my screen. I did mention to the admin on chat, but got a “browser update” response. Which sounds like “it is not my problem – you fix it”. Back to my actual issue. I made a friendly suggestion in the telegram chat, which was also a reponse to someone else’s complaint. They felt they had been scammed by one of the linked addresses on the site. I suggested that if they had an actual complaint like that that they just vet the site for their own good, mainly because a linked scam will reflect poorly on their own site. I received a response that I am lazy and expect the site to do all the work. I then pointed out what was actually stated and pointed out to the admin that all I did was point to a constructive idea that may prevent harm to the site in the long run. The person also called me a liar by stating his response is not what he said. Then I quoted his exact response, showing that he was lying to me. For that, the admin, SHANE, blocked me from the chat. Says a lot about the character or rather the lack of character of the person and/or site itself. I do not believe from my side that I was in any way hostile or arrogant. I hoped that I would come across as friendly and caring. I do hope that I will be unblocked from the Telegram chat as it is the only resource for support that I can see is available. I do also hope that Shane was just having a bad day and took it out on me and that this is not a character trait. Shameful on the company if it is his character as he is the public face of EBM. I may or may not decide to continue using the site. It is useful to have open to clock up the faucet rolls. Maybe I get blocked there too when they read this review. I do hope to change the rating to at least 4 stars if they unblock my Telegram. FWIW. I have 2 Telegram accounts as I started transitioning from one account to the other on all my platforms I use. It is taking longer than I wanted it to take. I see no rule disallowing multiple Telegram accounts.

Without any reason my friend's account was banned and they stole his earnings. He joined many months or perhaps a year ago and then once he reaches over $1 payout he directs it to Faucetpay and gets message when logging in "Not Allowed" Avoid this scam site. I am reporting them to their publisher accounts as well.

i know that there are rules..but banning me for making another account accidently and not using it is bullsh/t there must be support ok delete the account i am not using fine but when i withdraw the 5 dollars you ban me permanently from both!!there must be flexibility

Even though I pay, my only problem with this site is the little inconveniences, sometimes there are glitches when you take the ads, the screen moves, maybe that's the only improvement they should make

Don't waste time even trying to join as it'll keep telling you your password is wrong and there's nowhere to reset it. What happens if I actually forget the password and can't reset? All funds gone?

Worst site ever!! After a real suffering to just sign up and started earning when i make my first Withdraw they delaid it the i found out that they suspended my account, i tried to contact with the admins through telegram group one replied his name was shane as i remember and was extreamly rude insested that i use multiple accounts which i didn't do so they permently panned me, they are just a group of scammers i wouldn't recommend any one to use that site

I'm just doing some offers and when I came back to the website it says "your account was suspended reason: " My username: Mycatlarry97 I will change it to 5 stars if they unbanned my account.
