Easy to find

Easy to find on the website and quick delivery. Unfortunately they were just a tiny bit too small to be comfortable even though they were advertised as a size 12. Had they been available in a bigger size I would have exchanged. Shame as they were just what I was looking for and looked great on.

Not Good

Ordered 3 pairs of Trainers... Should of come 3-5days later... 8days later they came, on day 7 day of waiting for the Trainers to arrive, i got a email from DV8 saying they were having a sale, 2 pairs of trainers i ordered were alot less than what i paid, So i reached out to the Customer Services!! I have never been so gobsmacked in all my days... Rude & unhelpful.. I'd just spent over £200 & i was told send them back AT YOUR COST & RE'ORDER YOU WANT THEM CHEAPER!! Honestly.. In my book thats not how you do Good Business or Keep your customers!! Late Delivery, Charged for P&P, Get Rudely Spoken with C.S!! If there was a Option to give No Stars I would!! Suffice to say Wont Be Shopping With DV8. I have also kept screenshot of convo i had with C.S Should there be any queries!! Answering Response from DV8.. Firstly.. my order Wasnt on a Bank Hols?? Second.. My order Wasnt Not delivered 1-2 day earlier... It came 8days later when it should of been far earlier... I think your looking at someone else dispatched Notice!!! Third.. Respectable companies i've dealt with have refunded the difference as they Value there Customers!! As a happy customer is a returning customer!! Fourth..If you review the conversation with customer services & you feel & think that was acceptable... Then i Standby EVERYTHING I HAVE WROTE!! As Stated... IF i could give No Stars I Would.... Response to Dv8 Reply.... Thats still incorrect!!! Should you wish to publish anymore incorrect details i will be contacting trading standards and the onbudsman. Your Company Has Got Bad Reviews... I'm not the First & i'm sure i wont be the Last!!

The dress was lovely but I had my concerns that it was a returned item as there was no ribbon through the dress which is usually put through by AX Paris so you cannot wear it and send it back . The postal service was awful too as it needs a signature unless you go online to change it so it can be put through your letter box!!!!

Extremely happy with rare converse at a great price

I have worn monochrome converse all star hightops for many years, countless pairs in white. I don’t wear a lot of black and always wished to buy navy leather converse. Not only did I finally find them available on DV8 but they were discounted and delivered promptly. Extremely happy and will be ordering again. Thanks .

No response after receiving dirty worn runners from online order

Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with, im 3 days waiting to get a respone after contacting both through email and social media because they do not provide a phone number or live chat option, I received a dirty pair of worn runners with visible stains and even stones stuck to the sole of the runners. Genuinely a disgrace in this day and age having so much hassle to even get a respone from a company.
