Not really happy with the order…

Not really happy with the order process. It says "Ducie London" but shipping is from China. Disappointing are the reply time frmo 2-3 days! And the very long delivery time. They say 10-12 days, but this is the time they need to manufature the goods, or only process everything. Shipping then comes on top with 10-12 days. Returns to China are of course expensive, and the customer service is way too slow for a premium brand. Not sure how they will handle my return, as the customer service takes is time. Will update.
