This is a really great course. I have done both the main course and the refresher. I felt very welcome to the teams meeting. Sue is such a kind and welcoming lady and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this course as I have learnt so much. I use skills from the course weekly and this has made a difference to the wellbeing of my team at work.
Sue delivered a fantastic two-day Mental Health First Aider training – I felt engaged throughout thanks to the great mix of media, activities, and discussions. Her personal stories really helped deepen our understanding, and the group felt supportive and open. Sue also provided plenty of useful resources to take away. Thank you for such a valuable and inspiring experience!
Great Training session - Melanie was brilliant, there was only 2 of us on the training session in the end, made the course feel really personal and enjoyable. Another great course with Dualism!
Great course - our trainer (Sue Rosemond) was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at a deeper insight to mental health and how we can help each other.
I had my Mental Health First Aider training with Dualism training over 2 days. I highly recommend the course and our trainer Sue. She was very good at managing the group, making the course interesting and supporting everyone when needed. The materials were delivered well in advance and accessing the online area was really easy. I highly recommend!
Exceptionally High Quality Mental Health First Aid Training
Sue Rosemond - at Dualism Training - is an excellent trainer. She explains everything in a simple to understand way - and is very experienced at delivering Mental Health First Aid training online.
I attended Dualism Training's 2-day online Mental Health First Aid course three years ago, and was trained by Sue originally. Recently Sue delivered the half-day MHFA Refresher Training course - which was also very good.
I can't recommend Sue Rosemond or Dualism Training highly enough. You are in safe hands with Sue!
First time doing this course on a zoom meeting as the previous MHFA training course I did was in a room with people. Despite being unsure as to how it would play out being online, surprisingly it was engaging, informative and the role playing aspect that was part of the course was really good.
The tutor (Sue Rosemond) was polite, knowledgeable and kept everyone involved throughout which was important, so all present had a chance to interact and offer their insights/experiences and views.
All in all a very good, important and helpful course in which I learnt new skills that I will use should I need to. I would recommend this course to anyone with an interest in mental health and anyone wanting to learn how to help/interact with people who may struggle with it.
Brilliant course leader who provided personal insights to bring the content to life, gave space for group discussion and provided the information in a clear, concise and sensitive manner.
I recently completed the Mental Health First Aider training course, and I couldn't be more impressed. The trainer, Sue, was excellent - extremely knowledgeable, very understanding, and always supportive. Her teaching style was clear and thorough which made the content easier to digest.
I was fortunate enough to be part of a very supportive group, which added to the overall experience and made the course even more interesting and meaningful. The skills and knowledge I gained are invaluable, and I can already see how I'll apply them in both my work and daily life.
I would certainly recommend this course to anybody looking to become a Mental Health First Aider - thank you Sue.
I had MHFA refresher course with Dualism last week. Sue is very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject, course has a lot of practical exercises which I found particularly useful.
Highly informative
professional yet personalised
lots of practical learnings
For me, one of the best training sessions i have had. Also felt the trainer was empathetic, understanding and gave really postive messages.
Could not have asked for anymore!
Presenter (Sue) was knowledgeable and charismatic. The information was presented well and I felt it was at the right level for a refresher course. I very much enjoyed the break out rooms and practical experience as well.
