Great experience with Dr IT. Very professional very professional and very accommodating. I had an issue with my laptop just turning off whilst working. It was fixed after 24 hours. Working and running very well.

Absolutely brilliant service- data recovery

What can I say A+ Repairer
What can I say A+ all the way from start to finish. I took my laptop after the black screen of death was showing. It was dropped off at 7pm and back by 6pm next day all fixed. Great communication and reasonable price. So grateful. Thank you!

Fast and cost effective solutions
Came in with Asus gaming laptop that required thermal paste change+cleaning, and SSD installation. I actually messed up the screw when I was trying to upgrade it myself, but Vlad managed to fix everything perfectly for an excellent and competitive price on the same day. His solutions are top-notch while also being cost-effective for the client. He's informative throughout the proces clearly explaining things that even a tech newbie will understand. Please don't go anywhere else but to him; he has the best tech repair shop in Birmingham Excelent job i can't recommend him enough

Cannot get into my laptop PC
Unable to sign onto laptop due to forgotten password. Having some IT experience I'd already tried booting from a Linux based o/s via USB to run commands to resolve this, but to no avail and was struggling. Vlad understood everything I was explaining and he sorted out the problem very quickly and I'm back on my laptop again. He is very knowledgeable and so Iwouldn't hesitate to use him again. As a small home-based business his charges are very reasonable too so I highly recommend him.

Quick professional and good price
My laptop was giving me lots of problems recently which is so stressful when you are at uni in the middle of your exams and assignments. I was searching in Google and Dr IT reviews got my attention so I decided to trust this little business in a humble area of birmingham as sometimes the big chains do not solve completely the problem and are also expensive. Vlad (Dr IT) fixed my laptop the same day and now is working perfectly! Vlad knows what he is doing ! I really recommend this place! He is quick, professional and reasonable price ! 10 out of 10 ;)

Vlad was really great
Vlad was really great. He was highly professional and very helpful in sorting out my problem which required a new motherboard. He did an excellent job fitting the new motherboard at a very good price. He even helped me return the defective motherboard that was sent in error as I was outside the country, which reflects his helpful nature. I have used his services more than once, and he helped me repair 3 different laptops. I don't go to anyone before asking him first for help. I highly recommend that you talk to him if you have any issues with a PC before going to someone else.

Top Draw IT services.
I have been having an awful lot of trouble with my IT equipment and felt really let down by poor service from those who were supposed to offer a professional service. That was until I came across Vlad, Dr IT himself. Vlad is a thorough professional yet easy going person. I found Vlads in 2021 and I keep going back.
