Great for Kids Under 10
Our younger children were in heaven, but our teenagers found it a bit childish. The character meet-and-greets and kid-friendly rides were perfect for the little ones. Wish there were more thrilling attractions for older kids.
Disney Resorts receives a mix of praise and criticism from visitors. Many reviewers highlight the exceptional staff, noting their friendliness and dedication to creating special moments, particularly for children. The immersive experiences, such as parades and character interactions, are frequently described as magical, making it a great destination for families, especially those with younger kids. However, some guests express disappointment regarding room quality, citing issues like stained carpets and outdated bathroom fixtures, which detracted from their overall experience. Additionally, while the parks are well-maintained and the transportation system is efficient, the high costs of food and the overwhelming crowds during peak seasons are common concerns.

Yes, it's expensive, but the memories we made are priceless. The fireworks shows alone are worth the trip. Every cast member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Already planning our return visit!

We visited during spring break and the crowds were overwhelming. Wait times were 2+ hours for popular attractions and it was difficult to enjoy the experience. The resort itself was beautiful but I'd definitely recommend visiting during off-peak times.
The Disney magic is real and our kids had an absolutely wonderful time. The attention to detail in every aspect is incredible. However, the costs really add up quickly - food, souvenirs, and extras can easily double your budget. Worth it for the memories, but definitely plan financially.

As first-time visitors, we were blown away by the immersive experience. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to maintain the magic. The staff's commitment to creating special moments for guests is remarkable. Can't wait to bring our grandchildren here someday!
The FastPass system and mobile app made navigating the parks much easier than expected. Being able to order food ahead and skip lines was a game-changer.
The dining experiences are themed well but the food quality doesn't always match the premium prices. Some restaurants were excellent while others felt like expensive cafeteria food. The character dining was a hit with the kids though.
Everything exceeded our expectations! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay special.
Impressed by how spotless everything was despite the massive crowds. The transportation system works smoothly and the resort grounds are beautifully landscaped.
Some aspects were truly magical - the parades, character interactions, and attention to detail. However, dealing with massive crowds and long lines tested our patience. The resort transportation was unreliable during busy periods.
For the price we paid, expected much better room conditions. The carpet was stained, bathroom fixtures were dated, and noise from neighboring rooms was constant. The parks were great but the accommodation didn't meet expectations for a premium resort.
When our flight was delayed and we missed our dinner reservation, the Disney staff worked with us to reschedule everything. They even surprised our daughter with a special birthday cake. The level of service really sets Disney apart from other vacation destinations.
