They have my money and ghosted me.

Ordered seats for my MX5, I was given a lead time of 3 weeks. 9 weeks have passed, I have sent multiple emails, no response. I dont have my seats, they have my money, and now they are ghosting me. They seem like a legit company but ignoring an email from a paying customer for an order that is 6 weeks overdue is nothing but scammy behaviour.

Great seats

Great seats, work well. Only down side was delivery with DHL. 3 days to redeliver, after not bothering to get out of his van and read the sign on door to leave with my neighbour.

Quality product

Quality product, well packaged, delivered on time. The only downside is the necessary support brackets add about 25% cost and need to be ordered separately, left me feeling a bit frustrated as there was no option to add the fitting brackets.
