After 12 years of paying my vouchers I now want to stop - what a nightmare to sort this out!! Ive emailed 3 times and each time keep getting told they have cancelled it and my account is at zero, however my company are saying payroll has not received a stop notice so are continuing to take payments which are going into a black hole somewhere at Computershare. Also left 2 messages and no one rings back. terrible customer service
Poor response times by email. They are just about conforming to their declared response time of 5 working DAYS!! I have given up trying to phone they never answer.
This is not the company who is at this address.
It is a debt collection agency that I have never heard of wanting money for a debt I have no knowledge of.

Appalling. Impossible to contact - every number you can find goes to voicemail. Impossible to sell shares electronically; you have to have the share certificates and then send in certified paperwork. Then - nothing. No communication; no transactions, and no ability to find out what's going on. I'm sure an organisation in the 19th Century would be more efficient....
They emailed me that I could review an electronic payment by logging in or registering but in the email there was not the information on how to do this and surprise surprise the email was from a no reply address. I would expect better from Computershare.

Aweful when it comes to refund your own money (unused vouchers). Tried sending 10's of emails in last 3 weeks. Spent numerous hours on the phone. They claim they didn't receive any of my emails (in spite everytime I receiving back their auto response saying "we received your emails. We will respond in 48 hrs").
Closing my account with them. Never ever will use again.

System works fine as long as you don't have to ever contact them. Be prepared to waste lots of time either going around and around in circles or just listening to a phone ring...
Their website has been down for over a week now with a constant 'this service is temporarily unavailable' message coming up everytime you try to do something - including the contact us page!!
I've now been charged a late fee from my childs nursery but am unable to contact anyone or use the website...
If you have an option not to use these guys then take it.
Dreadful organisation. Twice now I have tried to set up a payment for a new carer and on both times:
- did not set deposit up
- did not answer the phone for 35 minutes when trying to get through
- said they needed more information about the carer and had no email to contact them
- unable to trace the progress of a form
- could not advise what they were going to do had i not contacted them
- subsequently emailed the carer and asked for her ID even though she had sent it and it had been acknowledged before 3 times
The list goes on. If you call them, be prepared for a discussion which conflicts with itself on many occasions. Just like above when they had not received the application, then found it, then realised that there was something outstanding which they actually have. Fast moving for a 10 minute conversation........
Along with their Deposit Protection company, they are absolutely shocking to deal with in every aspect.
Answering my request after 2 weeks, error is very obviously on their side, not a sorry. I'm so happy to leave the scheme, and not need to deal with this incompetent people anymore.

I have a lot of money in the share scheme and have asked for a refund. I am also the Director of the company but they are refusing to refund me MY money! They want to speak to payroll - I am a one man band and have explained this to them but they take no notice. I am at my witts end. On top of this it takes them 72hrs to respond to a question via email and then when you answer it they dont reply again! Common thieves.
I have not had an issue in 4 years but what's causing me to write this bad review is that I cannot get through by phone! My childcare vouchers have been under for a few months now and I cannot get this sorted out. I have sent two emails and neither was actioned despite me providing the information asked for to clear security I've not been contacted to go any further. i'm very worried i'm going to have to issue very large cheques to my care providers if the issue in the system is not sorted out.
The worst customer service experience ever. This company do not reply to emails, do not action what they say they will when you call them and in the meantime, they keep your money!! They are unregulated and not accountable to anyone. They hide behind a 'data protection' minsunderstanding which means they don't have to take any responsibility. An utter disgrace of a company. Many employers are not renewing contracts with them and I can see why! Considering reporting to the police if we don't get out money back soon.
We have used seven to eight different child care voucher providers for the past +10 years. Among those the computershare is the worst service provider I ever had with under trained admin staff, inefficient and slowest service. I really wish that our employer considers to use another organisation. Stay away from this company if you can!

difficult to communicate with - don't answer phone, takes up to 48hrs for an email to be responded to. Misleading information about the payment process - an 'immediate' payment can take 6 days. (where is the money during this time)? having used both Edenred and Computershare I can say I have had no issues with Edenred whatsoever and I wish my husbands company had gone with them too.
carer needs to update payment frequency to daily (which in their literature they recommend - so why not make the default?) all this is hidden away and has resulted in my nanny not being paid when she should.
please computershare improve availability for your customers to contact you and improve the communication to all users about how long your payment process takes or reduce it as it is needlessly long in this day and age.
