I am sure like many families we cared…

I am sure like many families we cared very deeply about the outcome for our daughter. My wife and I hadn’t applied to college in so long and it felt like the college admissions world has changed so much. We knew we needed experts, and Command felt like the right partners. That being said, we didn’t realize the mentorship our daughter received working with Command would be equally valuable. Her mentor’s consistent calming voice of support helped navigate the stressful high school years, and helped keep our daughter on track in school, and with her extracurricular pursuits. The connection with her mentor helped her blossom into a confident student and teenager, who knows she can accomplish as much as she sets her mind to. We are grateful for Command and thrilled our daughter will be at Stanford this fall.

Great experience

We had a great experience with our rising senior, tremendous help with ACT prep and all the different pieces of college applications. The team was completely dedicated to her success. The college process is stressful, the command team was great to help make sense of how to prioritize and end up with a great outcome.

Our daughter is a good student but…

Our daughter is a good student but struggles at times to keep all of the plates today's kids need to keep in the air. We signed up with Command in 10th grade and recently renewed for 11th. The guidance and mentorship to keep her on track, while also steering her towards a compelling narrative in her high school years has been impressive to watch. I feel like we are ready to attack junior year and ACT/SAT testing. I have also really appreciated being kept in the loop after every meeting!

So grateful for Command

So grateful for Command. They helped our son beyond just admissions to college. His mentor helped shape his high school experience and helped him tap into his interests/connect them to experiences he was excited and proud of. That impact, as well as an outcome we hoped for (Wharton at Penn, go Quakers!), has made our family incredibly happy.

Seamless experience with Command

My experience with Command was very seamless. I worked with Wafa, who assisted my application, and in particular my essay, with ease. Her feedback was positive and constructive throughout my process. Her communication was direct and timely. I would recommend Command to any student seeking both assistance and guidance during their education and application process.

My son started his mentoring program in…

My son started his mentoring program in 9th grade, and it has been a game changer in keeping him on track without us having to constantly remind/nag him. His mentor provides guidance, motivation and accountability, which has helped him stay focused and reach his goals. We've noticed a big improvement in his time management and overall independence. We couldn't be happier with the experience so far. In addition the executive functioning skills he's learning (like organization and planning) are life skills that will benefit him from well beyond high school.

High price, no effort.

High price, low effort. The consultants were not particularly bright.

Happy Ivy Leaguer Parent

Sure, it's expensive. But they CHANGE LIVES. For 85k a year, you get what you pay for. We weren't given a checklist of things my daughter had to do for applications, but rather there was a clear roadmap of what the process would look like, customized for who she was and what passions she had. Her mentor connected with her, their in-house marketing team helped her build the website for the organization she founded with her mentor, and she was guided through the process of securing a spot at an amazing summer program. The mentor followed through on every step of the college application process. I cannot more highly recommend Command Education.

Expensive process that did not pay off at all

An expensive process that did not pay off. This was nothing more than very expensive babysitting through SAT prep (which we could have done easily w/o Command) and college applications. The initial sales pitch was solely based on how Command would find what they call a hook that would set my kid apart from the rest. This is what sold me. Well, they did not deliver. Command prepped for SAT and was on top of the college application, albeit trying to low ball where to apply, but did nothing more than that. They never found the hook, they certainly did not try very hard, they did not deliver on internships, they did not come up with anything original, they really just helped with SAT prep and college essays. They have a young team of employees, your kid gets paired with one, that person becomes their tutor and that is it, you won't hear from anyone else again. It was disappointing, VERY EXPENSIVE and considering their initial sales pitch, very misleading. I would not recommend them. We did much much better in the past without them. After paying this much we didn't fair better than we would have without them. Save yourself money and just hire a tutor.

I cannot express enough gratitude for…

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding services provided by Gabe and Wafa from Command Education. As a proud parent, I am thrilled to share my positive experience working with this team. Even though it was a significant investment, Gabe played an instrumental role in helping my child secure admission to Yale University. From the moment we engaged with Command, they both displayed a level of professionalism and expertise that surpassed our expectations. One of the most impressive aspects of our experience was the individualized attention and care provided along with how patient they were with us as parents helping our child navigate this process for the first time. Thank you again Gabe and Wafa for your support. None of this would have been possible without you!!

We got the sales pitch when we signed…

We got the sales pitch when we signed up to command education. However, after 13 months of being pretty much setup for failure my parents and I changed companies. Command Education is not worth the money you will spend. Because they don't teach you anything except try to hammer you into doing workshops. It was a complete waste of my time. We chose Vipcollegeadmissions and they helped my parents and I a lot. We spent less, got more and this fall I am attending Colombia University in NY which was my first choice for my dream college.
