Parents Peace of Mind

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs . The instructors were prompt- and their experience with young drivers helped my child with the skills and confidence she needed on this new and exciting endeavor. As for being the parent - they gave me piece of mind knowing my child was getting informative instruction to make this a safe adventure.

The progress percentage on the homeโ€ฆ

The progress percentage on the home page so I can track my child is inaccurate. It should include the hours he has left to complete. I kept checking in on my child and it says he was progressing but when he completed the whole course and tests, it says he only did 7 hours. I had no idea and he has his permit test in a few days. Very misleading. Now he has to review all weekend. This needs to be fixed and included on the home page.

Thank You Coastline Academy!

Coastline is one of the best driving schools out there! They work with you and are very flexible. When I couldn't get an appointment with another driving school, I reached out to Coastline, and they were able to get me an appointment within days! The driving instructors are very patient and make things so simple and easy to understand. A special thank you to Darren and to Armand (Best instructors out there)!

Adequate length lessons but distanced quizzes can be overwhelming for those who aren't online daily (remembering lessons from multiple days prior).

The lessons were an adequate length and very informational, however when there were multiple lessons between quizzes, I tended to forget information and would find myself going back to the lesson, prolonging the experience. While this may not be the case for many, I had a schedule where I couldn't be on the program daily. In conclusion, more frequent quizzes could break down the sections and become less overwhelming.

It was very informative

It was very informative! The instructor was very cool, and helped me run through specific exercises and notes that helped with what I was struggling with. Very good attitude and made driving super comfortable and stressfree so I could really get the most out of the class

Phenomenal instructor!

Gil R. is hands down the best driving instructor. I wish I would have had him my first time trying to get my license when I was younger. I was terrified of driving. Hes calm and reassuring demeanor made me feel confident learning from him and, after a lesson, confident in myself. I never felt like I was pushed too far. He definitely pushed me but into situations he knew I was capable of handling.

Our instructors were great. They explained in full detail what the driving test will be like. Very patient and always had a positive attitude. My sister and I passed our test. Thank you for everything.

Terrible Employer

They say they put people first and yet they care nothing for new hire's or the employee's. This is meant as a terrible review for them to see so that they can next time help out new employee's and hire a tax employee and stop cutting out jobs so they can Nickle and dime everyone they can that is employed with them.

It was a great experience. My daughter did online classes and having the driver instructor come to my home and pick up my daughter makes it much easier. Thank you very much coastline.

Make sure you ready everything thoroughly

My daughter enjoyed the easy access to the class. Pink certificate came in so fast and she learned a lot from the lessons.

Booked an appointment online

Booked an appointment online. Had to schedule date and time. Did not receive any confirmation of the appointment. The appointment was not written down. Had to call back in no record of this conversation. Had to reschedule a new appointment. Definitely a hassle and a time delay.

Easy & Positive!

Several options to make this work for your teen. We were referred by many and told it was the best. My teen is still taking the courses so this is a briefing of my experience thus far, which has been easy and positive!

Much better experience than the crowded DMV!

Everyone that we spoke with was helpful and professional. Our daughter was understandably nervous during her test and Mark made her feel at ease. Trying to get an appointment at the DMV is challenging and the parking lot there for the driver's test is chaotic. I would highly recommend Coastline in Plymouth Meeting!
