I buy only genuine full grain leather always. This bag stinks doesn't smell nice like leather. Also the bag is different color than it appears online. I tried calling customer service several times never any answer or return calls. Once I decided to try an email them regarding wanting to return the bag because I was unsatisfied with it. They said you are now out side the 30 days based on an earlier date then when the bag was actually delivered. After a little back and forth they still said no they aren't going to help or do anything about it. It's a shame you can clearly tell this company doesn't believe in their products or costumers.
For the price this product is outstanding. The leather is of good quality and the overall quality is very good. Updates for the delivery were made appropriately.

Well so far all I’m seeing is that for the last week the label was made but it does not show tracking that is on its way or where it is other than not picked up?
I bought it for my husband. He loves it. It was perfect for what he needs. It was lots of room. We got the 22 inch perfect long enough for his bucks and Cigar stuff the only complaint I would have is I had them put his name on it. You could barely see it. They did it with the same color thread as the bag so you can’t see it. They should’ve done it in a lot lighter color.

A very nice bag, works well. I thought there was supposed to be a small bag with it, but I did not receive that.
I had purchased the Indiana Jones Bag. But only after 5-months did the handle break. Once contact was made with CL they first tried to say the stitching came out and for me to take and get repaired. If you take a look at the pictures. The material failed, not the stitches. Any way after many e-mails. CL wanted to replace the bag at a cost to the customer for $35. I didn't agree that the customer should have to pay for anything if the product failed. I think CL needs to work on their customer service. I would like to give a positive spin on my initial review of CL. Lisa Roy, of customer service, did an amazing job on working out a win win situation for the customer and CL. They have sent a brand new bag out to the customer at no cost. The bag looks great! I hope this incidence is a one off. But I will keep everyone posted if the new bag fails. Thanks Lisa ! 😉

The customer service was also quite responsive and assistive about my order. The bag itself is very well done and seems to be made to last years. Not many items look this good and can be used in a practical sense. I strongly recommend it to any person who cares about form as well as purpose.

My wife purchased the 21” Traveler Weekender Duffle Bag and I love it so much I decided to order the 30” Traveler Weekender Duffle Bag to have more room for longer trips. The shipment seemed to take much longer than the expected delivery date. After check the shipping number, I noticed it had been setting at one of the shipping locations for more than a week. I contacted customer service who responded very quickly and after their investigation, they sent me a new one. I love the new duffle bag and this company has a wonderful customer service and I am very grateful to be able to do business with them.
