The experience I have had with this company has been great! Zach and Ishmeet are also amazing people. I have an amazing deal on a dedicated server, and support is also great. Amazing staff, They are always willing to help out and make deals to help out. The VPS and dedicated servers have awesome performance and great ddos protection.
I can truly say that Charged IT Solutions is if not, one of the best small businesses I've worked with. They've helped me every step of the way with my VPS server order, educating me on things they didn't even need to, due to it being out of their scope of service. I used charged as an alternative to backblaze for storage due to their rising costs. Charged has providied a cheaper storage solution with great local U.S based support. They also offer custom solutions for servers and networking that are designed for the client. I use Charged for my offsite backups and their speeds and bandwidth pricing is fair. They don't overcharge like their other competitors.

Charged has great VPS offerings and I feel it has been very helpful. The services work wonderfully and the performance and uptime is stable. I never really experience a moment where I have issues. Overall I think Charged is a great option for anyone looking for these kinds of services, and I would recommend it.
I was a customer of ChargedIT's teleco offerings for several months, I have to say that the customer service was very poor. My bill was approximately $100 per month, yet I struggled to get a reply after several relentless messages to Ishmeet. It would take multiple nags in order to receive any type of reply, and this is for something as simple as an eSIM transfer. It could be argued that I requested more eSIM transfers than a usual customer, but never in my life have I been charged a $5 fee for eSIM transfers? Like seriously?? I've been with AT&T Postpaid, Verizon, so many other companies and their MVNOs, and eSIM transfers are always instant, easy, and FREE - no matter if I do 1, 10, or 100 transfers. Regardless, it could be argued that this is justified because in the end, he did provide the services listed - even if it meant a fee. However, this didn't stop him from making snarky remarks, like "if i were really pissed... i would've held your numbers" after one of my friends (who is also a former customer of Charged IT) was expressing how he felt that Ishmeet was unhappy about the fact that we discontinued our services with him. To top it all off, after this exchange, on the 26th of November (my billing cycle is on the 30th/1st every month), both of my service lines with Charged IT got disconnected from the network. Ishmeet's response was not very helpful: "your 5113 line was suspended and kicked off the network. as for the other line, I couldn't tell you why that would be the case" and when I asked for a further explanation, I received "no clue." This is where I cut my ties with him - I took my partial refund and left it. **This meant that I ended up LOSING the two phone numbers that I had with him - I had to REPLACE both phone numbers.** While he is not an outright scammer, my issue is the terrible quality of service and lack of care for the customer, Ishmeet solely cares that the customers pay the invoice every month and don't have grounds to dispute or immediately cancel (even though, again, I know people who have been unsatisfied with the service and requested a cancellation). The product does what it says on the box, but it is served on a platter of contempt. I would not recommend Charged IT Solutions for anything - even their cloud offerings are beaten by many larger-scale companies in terms of price, likely in reliability, and obviously in customer service.
We run a hosting company & these gentlemen have supported us through even our hardest times. With amazing support and great uptime, we have been able to seamlessly operate our network. Highly recommended!

I personally own a sales and service company. We use Charged ITSolutions for a lot of our solutions. We have multiple dedicated servers and VPS through them. We have had a very professional & amazing experience. You have a problem, You send them a message, and they respond very quickly and deal with the problem they offer custom solutions to suit your needs. I would know we have very certain needs for our servers. AAA+ company a Rising Star in server Solutions.
