I bought an Oz of 'Lifter' a few months ago. First, hemp flower vs CBD concentrate: there is absolutely no comparison, hemp all the way. Second, I've purchased hemp flower from other growers and cascadia blooms was cheaper, had more professional packaging, the effects were more pronounced, and the bud was stickier (stickier the better!). I will definitely buy from these guys again.
