Sarah-Jane, the Mobility Sales Advisor was very helpful, demonstrating different wheelchairs, allowing my wife to test each one. Then helped to choose the wheelchair best suitable for us.

We bought a wheelchair from Care co. The service in the shop was excellent. As I only needed the wheel care for a short period we bought an economic one they didn’t try to sell us a more expensive one. When I needed to contact them by phone they were extremely helpful.

Not the first shop with care Co excellent products at great prices easy to order and always quick delivery with excellent communication.

Recently ordered a walking frame, which didn't suit. Chris talked me through the return, so nice, all done in no time, collected next day. I then ordered another, delivered on time by DPD. So pleased with this frame that I am ordering one for upstairs. Not the first item I have ordered from CareCo. Highly recommend.

A friendly and accommodating young gentleman greeted us at the Stevenage location. We were on the hunt for a wheelchair and found his assistance to be exceptional. He patiently allowed us to test numerous options, even taking them for spins around the parking lot multiple times. We eventually bought a lovely wheelchair, and he thoroughly explained all the necessary details to us.
