I love it. There was only one issue I found. (After powering the printer and waiting until my USB KEY library load end.) If I need to make a part modification on my USB KEY, I have to power up the printer again instead of reloading the USB KEY library.
L'imprimante est tombé en panne plutôt rapidement ( - de 100 heures d'impression ) mais le service client a été super réactif et m'a envoyé un extrudeur en garantie + un ribbon câble. C'était ça. L'imprimante est très bien pour faire des impressions en ABS car le plateau chauffant, chauffe réellement jusqu'à 95° et y reste ( prévoir un bon 20 mns de chauffe pour atteindre cet température ) et le support a une belle accroche pour ce matériaux. Dans l'ensemble,malgré la panne de l'extrudeur,je suis satisfait du rapport qualité/prix.
haved some problem with bad filament but a fast and quick hot end change and go again. still work perfectly. its my first commertial machine and i dont regret it at all. even better them my Diy voron. the centaury carbon is my best one. faster, quicker and more reliable.
Unfortunately the 3D printer is already not working after 3 months. I will contact the company to see if they can help

I use this pla filament alot, it's great for my purposes
This company has great, competitive prices on 3D printing filament, fast shipping, and everything always arrives damage free! The filament itself prints great, I havent had a tangled spool yet, and its always nice and dry! 10/10 would recommend their products!
My filament showed up on time and in good shape and no back orders. The one surprise that I got was that the filament was wrapped in plastic and two rolls at a time were plastic wrapped. Nothing the matter with that as everyone is trying to save money, just glad it got here intact. And it prints great as usual, thanks Bambu.
Bought the Carbon. It works like a dream and has since it was out of the box. I now have almost 500 hrs of print time and no issues.
The printers were well packaged and, even though the cardboard boxes had some scuffs and cuts, the printers were untouched inside. The speed at which the items reached my door was amazing. Big Kudos on shipping! The printers were easy to put together. The instructions were very clear. All of the tools necessary were in a bag, in the inner section of the packaging. The most amazing thing was the tuning of the build plate. I'm used to build plates that rock a little and cause problems with larger prints. These printers were rock-solid with very little wiggle. I was impressed. The only downside is that these printers seem to print slower than my AnyCubic printer. That is my only concern.
i have both the 10 watt and the 20 watt laser both work great assembly was simple and needed very little instructions. can’t wait for the carbon with multi colour. will be buying my next 3d printer elegoo!

I purchased an Elegoo Neptune 4 where the ad stated 14 days no questions asked guarantee. However, by trying to exercise that guarantee the company did accept my request but instructed me that I had to pay the shipping back and moreover I would have to send it across Canada to BC when it was shipped to me from my home province of Ontario. Seems to me that the guarantee they offer is just a way to get the customers attention and trust but then you’re on your own. The printer is still not working as expected since I received it at the end of April
Why are you trying to contact me through an amazon order? Yes. I bought the wash and cure BUCKET on AMAZON, it's good. but I'm still pissed that after me trying several months to get the printer working, your team says that the UV light is an accessory. And the replacement parts you gave came with no instruction manual. Nor did you say that the square copper piece is a heat sink. How do you replace the UV light? Disassemble the Mars 5 in its entirety. And what did your company offer for compensation for the error of no manual, the assumption of what an accessory is AND the failure to tell me that 'I' needed to buy the thermal paste/gel? 2 bottles of resin. Avoid this company if you value customer service.
Screws missing and was charged an absurd amount to have them sent and tariffs on top of that. Was told that my account would be credited but then I was ghosted. I will share the terrible customer service with everyone who will listen.
I love using elegoo filament and the sale was great
Elegoo has impressed me with the Centauri Carbon. Just when it seemed like many other brands were increasing the price for a decent printer (I was looking at the Prusa Core One). They manage to implement just about everything I needed to validate upgrading from my old Prusa i3 Mk2, which still runs fine, but is lacking in what are now standard features. The only thing I would like to see improve, is official support for the Elegoo Slicer on Arch Linux. I can not give 5 stars for this reason since I must rely on other slicers that are not reliable.
Rapid PETG is a very good filament at a good price.
My first printer was the Elegoo Mars, later bought the Saturn and recently got myself the Jupiter SE. I use all three and have had only one issue where I had to replace one of three LED lamp arrays, which cost me around $18. Elegoo support was very good.
