Review summary

Reviewers express a mix of sentiments about Brothers Cider, highlighting both commendable aspects and notable complaints. Many customers appreciate the product quality, with some declaring it as their favorite cider, particularly enjoying it during summer gatherings. However, there are significant criticisms regarding the recent changes to the cider recipes, with some consumers feeling that the new offerings lack flavor and are reminiscent of "weak flavored water." Specific complaints mention the flatness and tastelessness of certain varieties, leading to dissatisfaction with the overall experience. While some customers are enthusiastic about repurchasing, others are disappointed and long for the return of previous cider flavors. Overall, the sentiment leans slightly positive, but the concerns about product quality cannot be overlooked.

Bring back the old ciders!

Unfortunately these new ciders are awful. I get you want to be natural with low sugar but now it just tastes like weak flavoured water. Even the new toffee apple they’ve brought back isn’t that great... See more

Bring back the old ciders!

Unfortunately these new ciders are awful. I get you want to be natural with low sugar but now it just tastes like weak flavoured water. Even the new toffee apple they’ve brought back isn’t that great like it used to be. Brothers used to be my favourite cider to buy with all their funky flavours (marshmallow was my favourite) but now I hardly drink them and it’s depressing. A lot of customers want the old flavours back, even if it’s revamped to the new recipe they use but they’re response to their customers is not great. Please brothers listen to your customers. Make your drinks worth buying again.

Bought a 4 pack of Compton Cider - it was very bad. It was flat and tasteless. I wrote to Brothers about the product. They offered to send me another 4 pack of cider. What would I want with another 4 cans of cider that is undrinkable - I would have 7 cans that are going nowhere. I have sampled cider from around the world. I have never tasted a product as bad as this!
