After I submitted the order, I noticed a typo on the note I wrote. to the recipient. Software needs better autocorrect. Also, the software appended from info — I had already added that to note, I was too tired to correct. Was pleased I could use PayPal. Also, when ordering, software explicitly said how many flowers included in arrangement, and the fact that the vase would be included. I liked that. I had just left a competitor’s website who had the comment ‘vase may not be included depending on availability’. Said nothing about a refund of a small amount if vase not included. Also, in prepopulating indo for this review, software populated Date of experience incorrectly.
As always with Bouqs, it is hit or miss. Sometime the flowers and resultant bouquet are exceptional. But other times, the flowers don’t live up to expectation, with some never fully blooming. That is disappointing when it doesn’t create the wow experience. But that is the risk with Bouqs. I keep trying but given the cost, it is a risk.

We’ve been gifting the Bouqs for my MIL at Christmas for several years and she gets a gorgeous bouquet and the beginning of every month. She loves it—such a great gift idea for someone who doesn’t need more “stuff” to fill her home.
Several websites were not able to deliver on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend . Your site took the order had me believing that I would have flowers delivered, and then they canceled. You should not make promises that you can’t keep.

I gave a gift subscription last year and found the experiences of both deciding on my "bouq" and the recipient's excitement and pleasure of receiving said "bouq" very satisfying. I have now ordered another subscription for another recipient.
Have used Bouqs previously and recipient was delighted in the quality and freshness of delivered flowers. Easy to pick the right arrangement and special vase.
A $100 order that still has not been delivered to the recipient. Even after paying for expedited service. I do not recommend using this service.
The flowers were amazing and beautiful the only bad experience is that I left a note. And when the package was opened no note was inside the box. Just the flowers and the vase. It was supposed to be a romantic surprise but it did not go as planned. I am very upset that the note was not delivered with the flowers. Can I please receive the note with some more flowers or some money back. It was embarrassing to let the person know that a note was inside but yet nothing was there besides the flowers and vase.
I was trying to talk to a representative and a quick answer took 34 minutes. Long pauses without confirmation the representative was still there. I gave up. Without one of questions being answered. Won't use this company again.
Only order flowers from here, every person who I’ve sent them loves them.
