I’d always wanted to own an Airbnb

I’d always wanted to own an Airbnb. At first, my plan was simple, to buy a place nearby and figure it out onmy own. Luckily, I stumbled across BNB Investor Academy. The Academy guided me step by step through the entire process, from analyzing markets and running the numbers to finding great deals and projecting revenue. Having constant access to my coach, Drew, for advice, plus direct support from Michael and Logan, has been invaluable. Within just a few months, our property was performing far beyond what we imagined. We never could have achieved that kind of momentum so quickly without BNB Academy.

We joined the BNB Academy for the advice, guidance and recommendations from Michael and his team of STR experts, and we’ve been so thankful for the knowledge and results. We wanted to experience the earning potential that investing in the STR market can provide, but we didn’t want to jump in blindly. The Academy gave us the platform to jump in but have guidance and resources along the way that sets us up for success. It was a no brainer. Our CSM Fern is a phone call or text away and is always responsive and available to advise, we’re lucky to have her on our team. This Academy and the people involved give us the confidence and security we need to take investment leaps and we highly recommend the program to any beginner. We’re so glad we joined!

Mentorship & Best Opp for Efficient ROI

My wife and I signed up for the academy, researched and selected a market, purchased and renovated a home, and listed the property in under 3 months with mentorship from our BnB Academy partner. Since then, our property’s been live for 8 months, and we’ve already achieved a 45% return on investment from cash flow and tax benefits alone. Joining the BNB Investor Academy was…

Joining the BNB Investor Academy was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my journey towards becoming an Airbnb host. Before enrolling, I had the desire, but lacked direction. The mentorship program provided me the tools and a clear, step by step blueprint towards launching my first Airbnb property. Shoutout Marsh McClure for being an outstanding mentor and an invaluable resource! Though it was a long time coming, Marsh provided the support and accountability I needed to get going. He answered every question, no matter how small. I have no doubt I avoided many costly beginner mistakes. For anyone that is serious about starting in the Short Term rental space, I’d HIGHLY recommend the BNB Investor Academy! It’s not just a course - it’s mentorship, community, and a launchpad for success.

the review I wish was available to me…

Im writing the review I wish was available when I was considering the academy: 1) Getting guidance from someone who’s already been through it is SO valuable. 2) Learning from (and with) a community who all share a common goal and are in varying stages of the process is huge. Yes, you can do the research and process alone but time is money and this support speeds up your timeline IMMENSELY and holds you accountable. Fern, our CSM, was the steady force throughout our journey (she’s amazing, at literally everything!) but Michael, Logan and Jill all played a huge roll as well. We are so grateful for our experience and the support we received to be where we are now.

Skeptical? So was I until...

As one could imagine, there's a certain level of skepticism when you invest in something like BnB Investor Academy. And I would argue that's healthy. But from the get-go the entire team at BnB Academy was very reassuring, encouraging, level-headed, and not once did we feel pressured to make any decision one way or another. Since committing to being a part of this, we've had nothing but great things to say. Every interaction we have with the team, particularly our coach, Scott Podgor, has been SO great!! Scott has helped us understand the process and motivated us to keep going, even when it gets tough. Because of him, we're launching our first property THIS WEEK and we could not be more thrilled! In our experience, trusting this process, keeping your head down and putting in the work, utilizing the community around you, and leaning on your coach is the best recipe for success when it comes to seeing this through. From Michael all the way down to new members of the group, everybody genuinely wants to see you succeed. It's a great feeling and great to be a part of. So even if you're skeptical of people selling courses (like I am) because anyone can do it, take it from me -- BNB Investor Academy is the real deal and we've got an operating STR business to prove it!

For everything short term rental…

For everything short term rental related, BNB Investor Academy knows it inside and out. We’ve trusted them to get us all the way from market selection, to buying a house, to designing the STR to finally going live, and now beyond! Well worth the self investment!

Overall a great experience from start to finish. Before the academy, I had the idea of starting a short term rental property. Had no insight into what the costs would be or what it takes to actually get it up and running. I would have failed immediately and been deterred from doing another if I didn’t join the academy. They helped me analyze properties, guided me when I pivoted to a different idea, and saw the finish product to help me list. Without them, my property most likely would not have been as successful that it is. Only being 1.5 months being live, I have already produced enough money to pay off all expenses for the rest of the year (6 months worth). The next 6 months of bookings will be straight profit! Shoutout to Marsh, my mentor in the academy, to help me along the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better mentor.

Thank you BNB Academy!

My wife and I knew we wanted to jump into the short term rental business, but we weren’t sure where to start. Thankfully, we stumbled up on the BNB Investor Academy just as we had started looking for properties. Our one on one coach, Nick, as well as the other academy leaders really helped direct our property search and guide us on how to optimize and properly manage a STR property. The resources and connections we made from the academy are well worth it and would be difficult to come up with all the information on our own.

There’s definitely a lot of knowledge…

There’s definitely a lot of knowledge and experience in this program. I belong to a few social group pages involving Airbnb support and there’s definitely a difference in caliber. I also can’t recommend Andrew Leist enough. Throughout my whole journey - and it took my a while - he was a great resource. Always available, even when I was in panic mode. Super calm and knowledgeable, and he was very forthcoming with resources in the area and introduced me to folks that could help. I’m grateful for his support and expertise!

Great for someone wanting to get into STR’s. The courses are good for someone wanting to learn more and the deal analysis sheet is very thorough. Our CSM, Oliver was great to deal with. He is a good listener and knowledgeable about short term rentals. He has them himself and is willing to share about his experience.

Do not join this program

I worked for Michael Elefante for nearly a year. I was one of his top salespeople and got asked to lead a new division of his. They fired me without any reason (I was producing very well) and refused to pay me the remaining commissions I was owed. I have every email and document if anyone wants to see them. If this review is removed, I will publish everything on my own server and reddit as well. Many of the "testimonials" they use are from people working for Michael or his partners. They "recommend" companies that they also own under different names without disclosing it. I know many people who get nowhere close to the returns they claim to help you get.

One on one coaching is the best!

The videos are really helpful, but it's the one on one coaching that is the most helpful! Our coach is Oliver Hayes, and he is awesome! He is a wealth of information and very insightful.

I would recommend this program for anyone that is serious about starting a STR business. The tools and skills the program teaches you will help you succeed again and again.
