I just completed my WhiteCard and I am glad I took the course from them using fully online Training. They provided ease of learning materials and quick support. All were real world related scenarios which made learning more understandable. Going back to get another lesson and another skill to add in my resume.

The best online training ever! It was really relevant and informative. The booking for the face-to-face assesment also really fast, only take me 1 minute to have the assessment schedule. I really recommend! Also thanks to Georgia as my assessor, she was really nice and competent.

They have canceled on us 2 times for my son to do this course. The first time on the same day as the course. As the instructor was sick. This time my son was unwell, and unable to attend the course, yet we were told we needed to give 2 business days notice to reschedule. Phoned them up, explained the situations and the fact that this takes my son to 10pm on a school night. The lady was very short and offered no help or solution. Very unprofessional, and double standards.
Very easy learning experience! Nice and very helpful platform of obtaining your white card. It was clear and easy to understand every question and every question has explanatory guides. I would definitely recommend Blue Dog Training! Pretty cool to get your White card the same day! 5 STAR rating!
It was very nice to have the opportunity to do this training 100% on line. I received very good assistance from the help desk. The assessment done through the Zoom system was really good. I would recommend this training with Blue Dog to anyone looking to get a White Card certificate.
Really good assessment style. I thought the "go back one question" was a great change compared with other trainings I've done where you had to complete it and then restart if you got one wrong. I'd have appreciated a heads-up to not put my notes on my phone next time as apparently that cuts the zoom camera out. Great experience overall, many thanks.
