Sent out the wrong shirt which is fine, mistakes can happen. But poor communication and still not having the shirt nearly 20 days after order (despite return being delivered to them) and still not having a shirt is absolutely poor customer service. I'm sure if you receive your order its fine and not much to complain about but if things go wrong expect to chase A LOT.

Product is of exceedingly high quality. Excellent communication throughout, vendor was upfront about delay in production and shipment of rug, and updated timeline was accurate. Product was shipped and packaged well.
Ordered item items one of them them they didn’t realise was out of stock and never notified me which I had to keep following up took about three weeks to sort out then when received order one of the shirts they sent was wrong had to send back for them to send the right one they said they would compensate but still haven’t have asked when but never replied back worst customer service I ever had

BlckSmth is in my opinion the best wrestling merch you can get, the designs are so good and it feel like a shirt you can just wear anywhere without the shirt being obviously a wrestling shirt if that makes sense, the quality is also really good and they get delivered very fast, they’re delivered in like a week
Got the wrong item and requested return same on the same day received. Have already chased up twice and still not a peep 11 days later. Terrible customer service
I was given dates for delivery that did not materialise until receiving an e-mail after requesting resolution with PayPal. Only then we received an e-mail and the arrival of the order the next day. However, it did not stop you sending an e-mail concerning your sale. Seriously not impressed.
Sizing wise 3xl is a bit smaller than I’d like so maybe go a size bigger. The gear is on point though
I have both Will Ospreay football jerseys so far, and both are great quality. I love them! Just a heads up though, you might want to order a size up from your usual.
