Amazing full bodied flavor without any bitterness. Without question the best coffee I've ever tasted in my 66yrs of being on earth.

I’ve been buying your coffee for over a year and it never fails to please me. It gets here quickly and I always look forward to opening the shipping overpack and smelling the heavenly beans! The packages are still vacuum sealed, mind you, but if the air in your facility smells that good all the time I don’t know how I could get much work done if I was there!

I have always loved this coffee! It has amazing flavor, bold and beautiful. I just gave my recent order to a friend as an apology gift, which leaves me with nothing for this month, but thats okay. They love your coffee as well, but can't afford it, and I can only afford one bag a month. But I messed up, and they forgave me, so it felt like the right thing to do since they gave me a second chance. Plus, I can wait one more month for coffee. Hopefully soon I can do 2 bags a month, but until my finances change (book sells and start up business takes off), I can only do one.

This is my favorite blend so far!! I introduced my buddy to it and he immediately bought a bag!!!

Corresponded with Catherine (BO Coffee Rep) in advance by Email before placing order to ensure the discount code I had would work and that free shipping would also apply. So, I ordered mostly what I had discussed in advance (4ea - 5lb bags), but I just couldn't let the order go without getting some of your already ground Hazelnut Cream flavor (in the smaller 12oz. bags) for my brother and his wife to try. I think you do a good business; refreshingly honest, sincere, and to cheerfully serve others. I really like the coffee -- your attention to detail, the freshness of the product, smooth taste, and finished flavor with absolutely no bitter backblast. I ordered Blackout coffee with some skepticism. I wondered how a coffee brand could elicit such glowing reviews. As an avid coffee consumer, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that it's the best tasting coffee I have ever had. I also have to compliment the customer service. When I discovered I had given the wrong address I called and had to have it shipped to my corrected address. The representative stayed in touch with me until the re-shipped order arrived. Kudos Blackout!
