Received my Dragon age Veilguard lithograph today. Incredibly easy to order. I liked that I could use PayPal or Gpay to make my purchase. Received my order within 2 weeks of ordering. Packaging is great! The lithograph was wrapped then placed in a tube, capped on both ends and then boxed in a UPS shipping tube. Extremely beautiful lithograph. Vibrant rich colors, such high resolution, almost appears painted. Great piece. I'm glad I got it. You have a future customer in me.
The site itself is awful. No way to view any order-specific information (forget what card you used? Well it doesn't tell you that). No information displayed for status of a return (my current problem, and no response from DPI Merchandising Inc which handles that). "Visit Help Center" just redirects you to the same Order Info screen. Overall a poor experience from their website mostly. EDIT: Return was finally processed. But the fact I lost over $20 is insane. They don't refund the high shipping cost, and also charge $8+ to return the item. This is anti-consumer at it's best and makes me not want to shop again. Shopping for clothes online is difficult, and they make it difficult to return stuff in the unfortunate event that the size you choose doesn't fit (the size I always wear was WAY too big).
i placed an order at the beginning of December for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. They sent confirmation of delivery in mid December and then UPS updated the tracking number to say the shipping was cancelled at the same time. I have tried and tried to get in touch with them with no response. Incredibly disappointing and now I don't have gifts for my son-in-law.

I ordered two items from them and they're both stuck in L.A. I tried contacting their customer disservice but they were of no help. Save your money and don't buy anything from that ripoff store.😡
I’ve bought from them a lot over the years, spending the best part of £1.5k on my account to date. Shipping to the UK has always been expensive but have never had any issues as I have paid the postage amount to include important taxes etc as part of the postage. My last order I paid for this as per every other order but rather than shipping with the option I paid for they have posted it with their cheapest possible option, resulting in an additional £72 worth of important charges when the item has arrived. This is scandalous. They will hide behind the line that they aren’t responsible for countries custom tax but ignore the fact that this should have been paid for in the shipping and they haven’t shipped it with the option chosen. Do not give them your custom. I will not be giving them any more of mine. Update Edit: as expected they have come back and passed the buck and blamed the type of postage selected (despite it being the postage I always select to include customs and taxes). Despicable behaviour.
I've ordered quite a few items from them all have been good quality the hoodies are really comfy. The only downside is it takes awhile to deliver(I live in the uk) I don't pay for express though.
Don't bother paying for express shipping. First, it almost always takes them weeks just to send the package in the first place defeating the purpose of express shipping. Second, they'll just ship it using the cheapest method at the time of shipping. Doesn't matter what you paid for. It even says so in their T&C. Pay for express? Get regular shipping. I've placed a few orders with them. A couple have actually shipped within 3 days, one of those was actually sent the next day. The rest of orders took 2 or 3 weeks to be shipped out. They just keep having sales, and constantly advertising them. Why advertise to get more sales if you can't even handle the orders you already have in a timely manner??? Hire some new staff to help out. Not a great way to run a business.
Put in an order on 7 December and paid extra for the quick shipping method to UK, hoping to receive in time for Christmas. They acknowledged the order and took money the same day. Eventually received an email on 28 December to say my order was on its way. Its now 5 January and still no delivery. Not impressed and will never order again.
Ordered a pair of pants from the store before Thanksgiving. They waited 3 weeks to ship it and shipped it the slowest possible method. Honestly ridiculous.
I selected guaranteed delivery for 11th December. My order was not even fulfilled by then, and now doesn't look like it will arrive in time for Christmas. Incredibly disappointing - and no response from support other than generic nonsense
Ordered several items for Christmas and they haven't even processed the order. They took the money from my account but never fulfilled it. And their customer support is non-existent. Emails are generic bot responses.
This company has terrible customer service. I placed an order and never received any shipping notification or update. I contacted the customer service and was told there was a shipping delay and it would cause a 2 week delay. I waited and still received no update or communication. I inquired about my order multiple times and was always told the same thing. Finally, after 4 months of waiting and emailing I was finally told that the item I ordered could not be sent to me. I have now been waiting for over a month for my refund to be sent to me. Again, this company is not contacting me with any updates, I always have to initiate the contact and I always receive the same "it is being processed" response. Clearly, they have no intention of providing the refund and are just hoping that I will eventually give up and stop contacting them. I do not recommend this site at all.
A multitude of problems has occured for me so far and the package hasn't even gotten to me yet. At first they messed up my information on the order so the order never left their warehouse. Which never raised any bells or red flags in their systems untill I tried to contact them. Which took about a week before I got an helpful reply. At this point we are already more than a week and a half past the initial expected delivery date. They now shipped my order and messed up my house number with my zip code on the order. which is now stuck in the right country but wrong city. The courier can't deliver to my house untill the store fixes it. The store has not responded to me
Absolutely amazing customer support (quick as lightning, helpful and friendly beyond belief.) Also, the purchased hoodie, necklace and pillow cover arrived extremely fast and are not only gorgeous but as far as I can tell of great quality. I will definitely order again.
While the items are of good quality, service is horrendous. Delivery time is adequate, though the items could have been better wrapped. Pray that you'll never have to contact customer service because they will be condescending and are unlikely to solve whatever problem you have. Contacting customer service is a hassle as they have no number to contact them and will often take weeks to reply. If you're going to purchase items from here, I recommend you buy from the ThinkGeek store as they have a more generous store policy.
