Constant communication re order status. One item wasn't in stock so refund received immediately. Order arrived 2 days after placing. Great products and low prices. Very impressed.

These are mostly scammers. People please be careful from such fraudulent websites.

Ordered an item with a 7 working day delivery and its been well over a month now with no sign. Emailed the company 6 working days ago with no reply. Taking the matter to Paypal now.

I am very impressed with the service I ordered a dog harness for my new puppy. On Monday afternoon 8 AM Tuesday morning it arrived what more can I say, excellent service. Especially after I had been let down by another company selling an identical item. In future I will always shop at BG Stores.
Not sure if the item was suitable for what I wanted, so I gave them a call and they said they would check and phone me back, expected to wait a day or more like most companies, but 5 minutes later they called me back with all the details. Better still it arrived 10.30 the next morning.
