I was really wary about applying for a second charge mortgage, I didn’t know a lot about them but I knew I needed to consolidate some debt. After speaking with Charlotte she really put me at ease and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Charlottes communication was fantastic from start to end, and I’m really happy with the outcome. If you’re considering a second charge mortgage but are unsure, please speak to these guys. As an older couple who had been carers and helped family over the years, our finances had got into a guddle. I applied for a loan with Believe Loans and it was a really simple process. Customer service was excellent, especially my claim handler Leanne who helped with any queries i had and made sure everything went smoothly. They have an app which makes uploading any information they require effortless. I had the money in my bank in less than 1 week. I would thouroughly recommend Believe Loans.

Where to start, I have been putting off dealing with my debt for over a year, paying outrageous interest rates on credit cards, overdraft fees grouped with costly loan repayments. Sadie held our hand through the process, organised valuation immediately, liaised with the lender to ensure everything was on track, provided updates and chased us and third parties at every stage to ensure there was no unnecessary delays, incredible communication from start to finish. What really made the difference was the empathy shown to our circumstance, there was no judgement and all the way through Sadie supported us and guided us professionally and personably through what is an overwhelming process. With thanks to Sadie and Stefan we managed to consolidate just shy of 50k worth of debt and reduced our monthly payments by £700 per month.
