First time ordering from Beauty Expert. Ordered 2 products on Thursday evening, they were delivered on Saturday afternoon. Genuine products at great price. Very happy!!! Thank you.

I received the wrong item. I asked for the correct item as advertised on the website and the same wrong one was sent. I then asked for a refund but was rebuffed whilst they made further checks. No reply within the given time frame so again asked for a refund which was authorised (but yet to be received). The item I ordered is still being advertised on the website. Communication was good in the main.

Avoid. Spend a little extra elsewhere. Ensure someone hasn't already used your item. Received a damaged item. Box was peeling in the corners. Sent without protective packaging. Raised dispute, sent pictures. Wants me to cover cost of returns despite evidence of damaged item. In accordance with Consumer Rights Act 2015, seller must cover costs. Avoid the headache. Edit: for response as Trustpilot no longer allows replies When I messaged THG with evidence, they dismissed my claim. Now in a more public setting, they are pretending to be concerned. PayPal had to resolve the issue on your behalf, at their expense. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I have been a customer of Beauty Expert for a few years for a product I can not buy in Australia. Recently, I noticed that the options for delivery to Australia in the 'Delivery' section were different to what was offered when completing my order. Even though, according to the delivery information, I should have the option for free delivery, I paid the £4.95 as I needed the products. Instead, I sent a message using their 'Contact Us' option to advise. I cannot believe the responses I have received. So far, I've had to send about 10 messages. I'm not sure if they're completely arrogant, or have a comprehension issue. They tell me I'm wrong and the free postage option is for over £50 only. They asked for evidence but their system will not accept screenshots. I asked for an email address to send them, they've ignored this request. I ended up sending them through Messenger, which they've still ignored. They keep sending the exact same response, on how to attach attachments to the chat. I am now done with dealing with them. Instead, I will report them for misleading/deceitful information. The money is insignificant, I'm now doing this on principle due to the absolute terrible, arrogant service I've received.
