The products and company are fantastic!

The products are wonderful! I only discovered this company recently but I’ve already bought lots of items, I’m a bit obsessed 😂😂😂. I’m also obsessed with Katie’s makeup tutorials. They’re brilliant as she shows you how to use the products and she and her best friend Katie are so sweet and funny and normal, unlike some other presenters! Great work Katie! I forgot to mention the face exercises! They’re brilliant and I’ve been trying them. I’m sure they’ll work but it’s going to take longer as I’m 76! Deborah who explains the exercises is also lovely.

Brilliant company and products

This is the first time I have used this company. I am thrilled with the products service and care into the packaging. I don’t think I have ever used a company that really love and care for their products.Katie you are a credit to your company. Although I am 70 I still love my makeup and skin care routine.keep up your excellent work.We Can make people feel good again about themselves .

Exceptional Products | Personalised Service

Katie and the team excel in their descriptions of the products they sell. You always get exactly what it says on the tin! I’m a repeat customer who swears by their Doe Eye mascara, Daniel Sandler fluid blush and the Eye Of Horus eyeliners (of which I own 4 colours!). I’ve been shopping with B&TB for around 6 years now and I use them for bespoke items, e.g. after years of searching for non-smudging, waterproof eye makeup I stumbled across this website and it was the answer to all my prayers. My purchases always arrive promptly and are beautifully wrapped and with little instruction cards on the products I purchased. It feels like a bespoke service, especially with the love heart sweets which I always enjoy! It’s safe to say B&TB have a lifelong customer in me.

I absolutely Love the new ‘Love Katie’…

I absolutely Love the new ‘Love Katie’ products delivered this week. I wore the Cosmic Glow Radiance booster, and rested & youthful Under eye perfector and we went out with some friends last night and they all said how lovely my skin looked..I was happy to get some compliments but I really do think it was down to these products. Also I bought the Love Katie Doe Eyes Mascara, and this really IS an excellent Mascara, especially as my eyelashes are not long and thick, it made them look so much better, and no smudging or clumping.

Lovely, relatable and down to earth People

I've bought many things off this company over the past few years. I absolutely love watching the videos on how to apply the products etc and the advice they give is so helpful. Katie and Katie (yes that's right!) make me laugh so much and they are so down to earth. They have the same problems as most of us do with dark circles, line and wrinkles and to see them start from scratch with the make up tutorial just makes them even more relatable. I have contacted Customer service on the odd time and nothing is too much trouble. The products they promote and sell are top notch and I have never been disappointed with any of them. Very highly recommend!!

Customer service is incredible

This company really is something else when it comes to customer service. I haven't properly trialled the products I have received but the customer service has blown me away. On of the products I received was unfortunatley damaged. I emailed on a Sunday and within 30 minutes they had sent out a new product. Incredible. Prior to purchase I had questions and the team helped by email very quickly which gave me the confidence to place my order. Please keep up the excellent customer service it really is amazing. The videos on the website are also fab.

Beauty and the Boutique continue to wow me!

Beauty and the Boutique continue to wow me! Not only do they have exemplary post and pre purchase customer service but their products and advice are sensational! A few products I have tried recently and loved are: Radical Skincare Enzyme Peel - at first I thought this would be harsh as it is a peel - but this is so gentle and amazing and I am now on my second pot! It is like pink jelly when you put it on, and after a while of circular motions, it turns into an oil and then removes dead skin cells and you can feel and see the bits of old skin and gunk! You then wash it off to reveal clear, glass like skin! An absolute winner! Next is Lord & Berry Timeless Kissproof Lipstick in Bloom and also in Blossom - I have both these lipsticks and they are fabulous! Lipstick never stays on my lips for more than about 30 mins - but this Lord and Berry lipstick stays on for hours! Katie has some great tips on how to apply this - and once mastered it will be an essential part of your make up kit! Last few items that I have tired and become obsessed with are the Dafna products: the ‘Revive’ is a face mask which boosts the skin leaving it soft and supple and enriched - a great part of the weekly skin regime! ‘Nutrition’ is a night cream and I have just ordered my second pot as this stuff is like miracle cream! It visibly firms and plumps, smells delicious and is so luxurious! It is now a staple in my collection! Most recently I bought the Personal Skincare Active Mist and I have been using this during the day to nourish and help hydrate my skin. I have also used it as a toner and I am bewitched by it! The smell is indulgent and intoxicating and I genuinely think it helps to plump and feed my skin! I continue to recommend Beauty and the Boutique to my friends, family and even my eyebrow wax beautician, as she commented how good my skin looks! I have also gifted items to friends for birthdays etc as I just want to share how fabulous these products are! Thank you Katie and her team - you have really helped me.xx

I have just ordered for the first time…

I have just ordered for the first time cosmic glow - so many times I have been taken in by adverts to find they fail to meet expectations when you buy them, BUT I honestly love this to a point I am obsessed with this product !! A 58 year old woman with dull skin I have tried many products to make it come to life and thus does exactly what Katie said it would do !! I keep looking in the mirror as amazed at how fresh and shiny my face looks! I would thoroughly recommend trying this product yourselves!

Love love love!

Love love love!! ❤️ Super fast delivery. Beautifully wrapped purchases in pink tissue paper with little sweets. Everything I’ve bought so far has been high quality and looks expensive and luxurious. I’ve finally found an eyeshadow palette that not only suits my colouring it compliments my eyes beautifully (The Rare Gem). I’m 62 and my search is over for eyeshadow I can quickly apply for a lovely fresh day look and a beautiful evening look..all in one palette. The overnight face tanner is gorgeous. Subtle and gives me a fresh, healthy tan without looking fake or orange. Doesn’t transfer to pillows either! Can’t wait for my next delivery! I’m a convert from a very expensive, well known brand. Affordable, beautiful makeup and plenty of tips, advice and videos to help ❤️

What a brilliant customer service

What a brilliant customer service. I placed an order which arrived in a couple of days. Very impressive. Each item beautifully wrapped with a lovely card or thanks for the order. I then realised I had forgotten something off my order and messaged to ask if it was possible to send this separately without the 20% discount as it would have been if I had originally included it. As it was my first order they then sent it out to me and even better, it was complimentary. Cannot fault this company - prompt, friendly, informative. Best customer service I have had in a very long time. Thank you.

New to makeup

I stumbled across Beauty and the Boutique by accident via an ad online which I don’t normally bother to watch. However Katie instantly engaged me so I continued to watch. I am late 50s and never been interested in make up before but now find myself engaged and a customer! The products I have used so far have been great, good quality without being over the top price wise. The customer service has been excellent. Very pleased.

Just when you thought customer service does not really exist anymore, you come across this team of wonderful, thoughtful, professional, generous people. All products are exactly as you see them demoed by Katie. They are great quality and beautiful. I also truly appreciate that Katie takes the time guiding customers through how to use them and she does it with so much grace and in a fun way. Love everything about this company! Well done!

I love everything about Beauty and the…

I love everything about Beauty and the Boutique, the vast array of products, the huge resource of tips and tricks, video tutorials and guidance and the amazing customer service. The quality of the products are excellent - I've not been disappointed with anything i have bought (and it's a lot!) The customer service is the best I have ever come across - they are prompt at responding to any questions or queries and literally fall over themselves to help you and are always so kind. With the videos and tutorials to follow and the new products I've gained so much confidence in the make up and my skin health - I feel like it's really improved, which is a massive boost. I've also read on their website things they do to support the environment and support a dog charity abroad - a very strong socially conscious business.

Year after year, I continue to be amazed by Beauty and the Boutique! So much kindness, care, and generosity!! I've never found anything like it in any other store or website. The whole team is incredibly kind. If you ask a question, you get a very clear and detailed answer in record time!! The customer service is outstanding, and everything is done to ensure you're happy and satisfied. And Katie keeps discovering amazing new products, and the videos really help us use them properly! In short, I'm totally won over, and for years I've been buying all my beauty and makeup products exclusively from Beauty and the Boutique because I completely trust them!!!

Fantastic Company

The videos are fantastic for recommending premium products and how to apply them with a good dose of fun included. I have tried so many 'anti clump' and…

I have tried so many 'anti clump' and 'anti smudge' products over the years and non of them have ever lived up to that claim - even the very expensive ones. But now I have found Doe Eyes I won't be looking back! It applies beautifully with no clumping and after several hours of wear there is no sign of panda eyes at all. I also wanted to mention the amazing customer service. After my initial order went missing (a Royal Mail issue, not theirs at all), they express shipped a replacement order to me so I would have it in time for my holiday. Now, that is exceptional customer care. Doe Eyes was my first purchase from this brand but I will 100% be looking to swap out other products with theirs in the future.

I've been using Beauty and the Boutique products for several years now, and I couldn't be happier. They always recommend the very best you can find online, and their selections are consistently top-quality. Shipping is always punctual, and the packages are so thoughtfully wrapped — my daughter especially loves the little heart-shaped candies they include as a gift! The tutorials on their website are incredibly helpful, and the staff is genuinely kind and always available to assist. Highly recommended!

Simply the best!!!!

I have been using Beauty and the Boutique for a few years now, and to be honest, they are faultless!! Katie is passionate about her work, and only brings good quality but affordable stuff to the table. Her team is second to none, they are prompt when answering any queries, polite, and their customer service is first class. Also every time you shop there is a tree planted in your honour.... it doesn't get any better than that AND she helps with charities Do not hesitate to use Beauty and the Boutique...you won't regret it.

Katie really knows products and has curated some fantastic choices. I have to say, though, that the ones she has created in her Love Katie line are hands down some of the best products I’ve used.
