Ordered product and never received it. There is no way of contacting this company. Their contact email address bounces back. I don't have a Instagram account but asked my friend to reach out to them with my order details and he received no response. Terrible customer service!
I have no problem with Trust Pilot . I have gotten no response from BesrHug at all I leave voicemails and never get calls back. They must not care how they Handel their business. My next step is to leave it in the hands of my lawyer. Thank you Trust Pilot for letting me put this on your site. Susan Webster
I placed an order over two weeks ago and have not received any updates. The email address provided has bounced back, and my messages on Instagram have gone unanswered. I'm concerned whether this company is still operational. Could someone please assist me?
Was initially happy with Dryrobe from Bearhug, but the zip broke after only using it twice. Sent multiple emails and instagram messages, and never heard back from anyone. Sadly could not recommend. No customer service at all and now have an expensive dry robe that I can't really wear as it's too cold without the zip.

I bought the bear hug for my 4 year old grandson recently mid January. He is taking swimming lessons. I think they have lowered the pool temperature. He is freezing getting out. Nanny is there with the bear hug he loves it keeping him warm job done!

Hi I'm Outdoor Activity Instructor ( kayaking, sailing, rock climbing etc..) The outer and inner layer is great although I would improve hood with additional peak for rain protection like in sailing jackets or sea kayaking cags and add up strings to pull the hood in windy conditions. Also I would add up longer collar with softer liner inside and slightly oval shape for chin, same example like in sailing jackets or kayaking cags. Overall the product is good quality and very warm.
Thick, warm and easy to fold and stick it into the additional drawstring bag which is fabulous. Looking forward using this regularly over winter swims!

I placed an order 8th January. On 12th January i was contacted to inform me that the colour was no longer in stock and to query if i can pick another. I've replied to this email, and subsequently contacted Bearhug on the support email and via instagram over the last couple of weeks with no reply. Disappointing as they have charged the order but have not allowed me to substitute or claim a refund
