Kept us informed of progression and if there were any issues. Dealt with all enquiries quickly and efficiently and when any paperwork we submitted was incorrect, corrected it straight away. Very friendly, helpful and professionall team. Would highly recommend.
Wills were completed quickly, a few issues with initial documentation but resolved swiftly.
A great hassle-free service
The website to produce a will is illegible due to logo's overlaying menu options. The login doesn't allow copy and paste (a basic security feature recommended by NCSC) Then if you choose particular options during the drafting the form, your account locks because the Will is more complex, and needs reviewing. This isn't explained, nor do you know where these bear traps are. Meanwhile in the rest of the universe you produce an application and then have an option to review it before submitting it. Takes ages for them to not resolve the issue either. Overall very poor
