Abysmal IT service delivery to the customer. Despite a letter from BoS I cannot send a secure email from the website, it actions a push authorisation to my linked iPhone which then generates an error on the iPhone and website. I cannot view my linked account details. Poor user interface. Just appalling. An untested defective product.

I noticed an Everyday Saver Account had been opened without my knowledge so I rang them but as soon as I told them what had happened and they closed both of my accounts down for me without keeping me waiting on the phone.
