Lamar and Rodney were great to work with. The driver Carlos was very helpful and a good team player was a good guy to have around when things dobnt always go as planned. Which they never do.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I hired BAH to help me move across the country. From the first, they lied and mismanaged the move. At nearly every point--(1) the pick-up; (2) while my belongings were in transit and (3) when the boxes actually arrived--they were not in touch with the actual shipping company and had no idea where my things were. I had to step in and handle everything myself, even as they lied that they had done so. Their misrepresentations caused delays that meant I had to pay movers extra on both ends. While BAH partially admitted their lies at first and gave me a very small partial refund, over the course of the month-long SNAFU that followed, they continued to lie to me and also to the shipping company (Rapid Freight) that actually moved my things to MA. In other words, though they are a logistics company, they did not aid in the logistics of the move at all. The only service BAH actually provided was sending me a telephone number for the actual freight and shipping company--I had to orchestrate the entirety of the move myself. Additionally, after the boxes arrived ten days after BAH's guaranteed date, BAH lied to the shipping company, outrageously telling them I had called the police and a lawyer against Rapid Freight, the shipping company! (I had not.) My attempts to reach a settlement with BAH went nowhere, as they offered a settlement and then retracted their offer--as duplicitous in this as in everything else. Ultimately I had to sue them in the Small Claims Court in Cambridge, MA. And I won. Case #2452SC000744. Court date was March 11, 2025. I received payment from BAH for the judgement in full. But unbelievably, when I posted a review of BAH on UShip, where they had taken the job, they responded not only by maligning my character, but also writing "To clarify, there was no court case involved. The matter was resolved prior to reaching that stage." That they would continue to lie--the reason I had to sue them at all-- is shocking. Please look up the court case number for yourself. You'll see the judgement and also that they paid it. Trustpilot, I'm more than happy to upload both that judgement and the receipt of BAH Logistics' payment to me. ETA they tried to bribe me early on for a 4-star review, which I only found out in the course of the court case was also illegal. And there are plenty of reviewers on Yelp and Google who also report being coerced or bribed or having refunds withheld if positive reviews were not given. So you cannot know any review left for them here or anywhere else is a genuine one. I'd be happy to provide evidence of every bit of what I'm saying here, as I did in court. I'm sure BAH will respond to this as well with a message full of dishonesty that only further shows their lack of integrity. But the truth is literally public record.

Total loss for words at the disgusting practices of this company. After being unable to provide services for us they sent a threatening email to remove negative reviews and complaint with BBB before sending refund lol And will withhold some of the money. This is illegal in every state and federally as well. BBB, FTC and state attorneys office as well as the motor carrier division and reported their brokerage license . Beware and always do your due diligence when hiring through a load board . Shiply was who connected me

After they receive your money, they are totally rude and unprofessional. They charged me $381 for Express delivery ,then upon delivery they charged an additional 1350 when the balance was only $1000. I have not been able to get a refund for my overcharges and they also damaged my vehicle And told me I only had until Monday to turn the information over to their insurance company. They have never gave me their insurance company information and I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional annd rude ever. I just want to be treated fair. Please never use this company they are a total scam .
