My first red dress was a gift for my first Valentine's Day, and it made me feel so confident and beautiful. My boyfriend loved it! Then for our first anniversary, I ordered another dress which arrived with just a scarf and the dress missing, but their customer service was fantastic. They quickly refunded my money with a gift card, and I reordered the dress. It's set to arrive on Monday, and even though it didn't make it in time for our anniversary today, I'm still thrilled. The quality of their dresses and their excellent customer service have made me a loyal customer.
AMAZING. so easy to purchase dress. website easy to use and this brand has a variety of different dresses and other clothing! i bought a dress from here for my valedictory dinner and it is stunning!! the quality is great it was designed so well!! would 100% buy something again from here!!
Babyboo has great high quality dresses for a reasonable price and I love how their sizes are actually accurate. What you see online is exactly what you get! I ordered one dress from here for my birthday and it was definitely worth it. I can’t wait for my next order to come in. The shipping is ok though. I wish they did have free shipping on items depending on how much you spend. Also the sale dresses usually are out of stock of many sizes so they could improve on that. Other than that I love this site and will continue to get my dresses here for all of my events.
I ordered a dress for my daughter. Measured her and the size that they recommended was too small. So not only do I pay £10 for delivery, I also have to pay almost £10 to return it. Personally I don't think the quality was worthy of the price tag and I can only have a gift card no refund. I will never buy from them again other than having to use the gift card and then I will have to pay another £10 for delivery for a different item and risk it not being suitable again. How they get away with it I do not know.

Babyboo nekade returen ock kundservice svarade oss tvätt instruktioner istället. REKOMMENDERAR INTE !!!! Dålig kvalitet oc värsta kundservice
I am delighted with my experience with Babyboo Fashion! The items match the photos on the website perfectly, the quality of the fabrics is really there and the cuts are really flattering. Delivery was fast and customer service was very responsive in answering my questions. I received many compliments when I wore my outfit, I highly recommend and I will order again without hesitation.
2 mal wurde mein Paket angeblich verschickt, bis heute habe ich keine Ware erhalten. Und auch der Kundenservice antwortet nun nicht mehr auf meine Anfragen. Unseriös und für mich eher Scam. Würde nie wieder dort bestellen

I liked Baby Boo because not only do they have the most beautiful dresses in the county, but because it's a page that is easy for anyone to use, it's clear and concise, and it constantly notifies me of everything about the order I made. It definitely deserves more than 5 stars.
