I ordered at around 3.30pm yesterday afternoon. Courier just updated delivery time to 1030 this morning. Outstanding!

One of our stage snakes failed and we needed a new on quick. I found AVSOS online and ordered a replacement. Arrived next day as promised. It was exactly as described, made setting up nice and boring, which is good.

I chose to buy a Speaker Switch with volume control from AV SOS because I had been searching the web to find a suitable product, and having bought a couple (from elsewhere) and sent them back as they did not work properly, I saw that someone else had asked the question that met my requirement and AV SOS made a recommendation. That reviewer then went on to say that it did exactly what they were after and were very happy with the advice that AV SOS provided. Based on that I bought the same switch, and am happy to say it works perfectly for me to. So thank you AV SOS for the advise you gave someone else... and also for the blinding fast delivery. It arrived before it was expected 10 out of 10.

Fantastic service - responsive, fast & very helpful. After ordering a stage box, I emailed to ask for urgent delivery & it arrived the next day at no extra cost. I had to return it because I'd ordered the wrong cable length, and needed a replacement to arrive the next day for us to use at a band rehearsal. Gaz arranged for this to happen immediately and it reached us in time. Highly recommended
