Fixed the problem and provided a great service. They collected my laptop and explained what would happen next. I was kept fully informed of progress and was given a price for agreement before work was carried out. When the laptop was returned Matt made sure I understood what he had done and how to stop the problem recurring. I admit to being a bit dense when it comes to computers but everything was explained at a level I understood. I have since been contacted to check everything is okay and told to let them know if I have any issues or questions. There is a guarantee on the work carried out but if there are any problems I feel confident that a phone call to ACS would be enough to resolve any issues. I found ACS to be reliable, professional and can definitely recommend them.

A truly professional company that I would have no hesitation in using again. They quickly diagnosed my laptop issues. Removed the covers put new parts in and put it back together all in quick time. It works better now than the day I bought it 4 years ago.
