Don’t order anything difficult like drip trays

Ordered drip trays and these aren’t on your web store so contacted supporf who passed it on to customer support. They told me to pay by PayPal and did only to have to chase it up as it didn’t arrive. They hadn’t even processed it. Then they said they couldn’t find my order or the payment Id made. Pretty poor customer service. I had to send them a screenshot to prove it. Finally got a long weird email which I think meant they’d sent it but it STILL hasn’t arrived and no updates from support at all. Really unimpressed folks….

Neptune 3 pro. Parts are readily available in Australia. Depending on the sliser settings, it prints great. For price, I highly recomend it.

Worked really well for a while

Worked really well for a while. Then the print stopped sticking to parts of the build plate. I thought maybe the FEP was a bit worn so I replaced it with Elegoo brand as per the instructions. Same thing happened, but this time the FEP tore when I tried to remove the cured resin from it. I replaced it again and this time it tore during the print. I now have cured resin stuck to the screen.

do not buy

do not buy! not for beginners! I owned a form one labs years ago never a problem... I bought the Saturn 4 ultra 16k a bunch of add ons and resins. the tank broke, resin went under, no support at all .... do not buy from this company.... my first print was superb.... currently on display in a museum in Australia. the second was fine, the third and fourth print had issues and the fifth just broke the machine. do not buy, unless you can fully service a machine.

Had a part fail early and they did end…

Had a part fail early and they did end up giving it to me after a little bit . Love the machine but it’s not as simple as they make out works perfectly then will stop and have to spend ages makes it work again which it always has so far but it’s def not a beginner hobby it requires a lot of time effort and stress . Worth it for me as it saves heaps of money but consider carefully weather outs for you or not . You have been warned

I had a cracked LCD and also needed to…

I had a cracked LCD and also needed to replace FEP. Replacement instructions were difficult to find and also not very clear (specifically about FEP replacement and the configuration of the frames it bolts in to). I am not having problems printing with the printer saying insufficient resin and unable to auto level. Very frustrating for first time printer.

Great printer. Great support.

I couldn’t be happier with my 3D printer. I experienced one technical issue with the printer that I needed to reach out to the Elegoo support team for. They were courteous, responsive and got to the heart of the problem very quickly and rectified it for me as fast as they could. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another of their printers.

Although I have heard that some Saturn's can be trouble, mine is great. I also have a Centauri carbon. Which I really like. I've never contacted support because both machines work great. Hopefully it will continue

This is the best 3D printer I've owned

This is the best 3D printer I've owned. Honestly, I've had several FDM printers, over the years, both kits to "turn-keys", and the Centauri Carbon has been my favourite. I've had it for two months now and it has barely stopped, and hasn't missed a beat. My preferred filament is ASA, which it tackles flawlessly. Now I just have to decide do I wait for the rumoured AMS for this printer from Elegoo or investigate the open-source options available?

I'm brand new to 3D printing, this is my 1st 3D printer. I am hooked, the Elegoo CC has made it so easy to start printing immediately. Produces great quality right out of the box. I'm already considering buying a 2nd one!

Incredible Quality and Customer Service

I bought an Elegoo Mars 5 Ultra for 3d printing miniatures for my DnD campaign and I have to say the quality is incredible. After a few months, however, we found that there was a defect in the print screen which was causing half of it to fail sometimes. I reached out to Elegoo support about this, and not only were they prompt with every reply and clear with communication, they responded to the warranty request in a way that was friendly, understanding, and professional. I'd highly recommend Elegoo for any aspiring 3d printing enthusiast!
