Good products and good service. I’ll be back

There were some hiccups with my last order, and things had to be re routed and shipped to an alternate address. It was handled really well and i appreciate the care and attention. The initial shipping cost was refunded which was great, so thank you. The products have been great as well - looking forward to ordering again soon.

I had a great experience ordering from ASRV. I had a bit of a challenge with the delivery at the US address I had put down, coming in on time because I was flying out of the states but the support team was very proactive and helped me out. Also, I’ve been wearing my new gear and absolutely love the fit, the aesthetic and how it makes me feel!

As always the items i purchased are top quality.Always a perfect fit with comfort and style.Only issue is the extra £80 i have to pay Fed Ex for duty fees which ramps up the overall cost.In my opinion Not worth it if you’re buying one item which is why i purchase 2 or items at once.

Out of all the sportswear brands I've tried, ASRV just stands out on top. Excellent designs, quality and comfort. The Laser Vent Tee is by far my favorite from ASRV.

I’ve been purchasing ASRV for several years now and am constantly impressed with their offering as well as the quality and fit.

Solid, durable clothing always. I've been buying clothes from them for ~5 years and the quality has been constant. They're always creating cool new clothes which is both a blessing and a curse (can't get clothes from a previous line). Hilariously my only complaint is I can't get more cool stuff from them.

Honestly, the material and the consistent earth tones definitely drew my attention. However, the philosophy and the spirit of ASRV deeply resonates with my general perspective. Not sure why I would share this in a feedback survey, but my younger brother and I took fitness seriously, and he put me on the brand in 2017-18 with the camo duster jacket (DSG-0190) and to this day I’ll throw that thing on and I might run some bleachers in the rain, or I might slide to my favorite hip-hop/jazz spot. When he passed away in 2019, I was utterly devastated - I fell apart and lost myself. It was only through consistently repeating the mantra we shared, “keep moving,” that I was able to knock out school and snag a job. Anywho, rocking a brand that I feel spiritually intertwined with, whose tag line is “relentless pursuit” just makes sense. Thank you all.

I ordered a ASRV gift card for my grandson's 17th birthday. It was a big hit, and he is completely happy with the items he purchased with the card, because of their exceptional quality and fit.

Expensive Shipping compared to other retailers delivering to Australia. Quality is very good. Although the customer service area are very responsive they are not overly helpful with their responses. I would definitely order again though.

Products are delivered pretty fast, come exactly as described, and the one time I had a discrepancy, customer service was quick to respond and help resolve the issue. I've bought from ASRV multiple times and I always get the same quality service.

I absolutely love this clothing! It is by far my favorite workout brand. The fit is great, and the quality is the best I have had with any workout/running clothing that I wear.

The best gear. Hands down I have had nothing but great experiences with ASRV. Both online and in store the customer service is amazing. Quality and design are both 5 out of 5 stars. I’m in Texas. It’s nice to go to the gym or out on the Katy Trail for a run and have the best gear in the spot. I can’t recommend this brand enough. I wear it in the gym and quite frankly everywhere else I go. Big fan if you can’t tell. Worth the investment for sure. Now that they are launching the women’s line I will be outfitting my girl for sure.

Defektes tanktop bekommen. Das Logo hat sich nach zwei mal tragen abgelöst. Kindensupport sagt aber das sie mir das nicht erstatten, weil das Design ja nicht zur Funktionalität beiträgt und man es ja so weiter tragen kann.

No way to return a sale item (still expensive) — really disappointing for a brand at this level.
