This company has absolutely APPALLING customer service and will not lift a finger to help. My order was attempted delivery twice, and since then (a week) there has been an "issue" at the depot of their delivery company, and when asked they just assure you your order will be delivered "tomorrow". No amount of explaining the situation will get them to assist in any way except to tell you "it will be delivered tomorrow". Terrible experience.

Ordered a metal shed, wasn't what we expected for how much I paid for it. So I decided to send it back. We got it returned within the time limit, but hadn't hurd anything regarding my refund, After eventually finding a contact number, and speaking to someone they had no details of it being sent back, I had to to ring them every day for a few days for them to finally get my refund. From returning the item to getting my refund it's taken just short of a month. On the whole a bad company.

when you recieve an item you are not happy with l feel the company should pay for return delivery as a gesture of good faith,this company did not plus to make it difficult to return the item,bad customer service added to the fact the customer is a disabled pensioner

Ordered garden pergola with retractable roof. Delivery was super fast product was a disgrace! Holes missing for curtain rails, metal cables too short and didn’t fit and they the ends of the cables not secured properly so just fell to bits. Absolutely shocking!!! Do not touch this product!!!!

Ordered rattan furniture and it came really quickly. I had updates from the delivery service and the guy brought it in as it was heavy. Easy to assembl and looks great in the garden

Last two orders never arrived first item went on tour round Midlands then sent back to Northampton, second never moved stay in Northampton both were express delivery, won't be ordering from the again .

My husband paid over £200 for a gazebo from Asom in 2021 for a present for my 75th birthday. What a disappointment. The frame has started to go rusty although the write up says rust proof and the canopy has gone rotten around the extended sides and when taking it off as we do for the winter it's torn on every corner. Tried to get a replacement double top but was told they don't do them. Very upset.

its too much with this company bought scooter bot my son first its dnt start then moving battery and wiers it does start for few days than all of sunnden noting works email them they asked for video.I sent them video that its not working atall keep charging but did not turn on waste of my money my son havet ride it once he was very upset

Goods arrived damaged. Tried to call but their mailbox is full. Live chat doesn’t work and no reply to emails. They do not deserve your custom.

Ordered item and they took my money ..looked at my acc and my order is no lodger there.. so money taken but looks like I ordered nothing

Dont order from here unless you want to be waiting over a month for an order that came with missing parts! I have emailed and emailed and I'm still wating on replies!!!

I ordered a massage table on the 12-12-19 I later received a tracking and confirmation email that the product had been dispatched from there warehouse in the u.k ,They informed me it would be 5-7 days for delivery as I live in the republic of Ireland . I then received a email to contact the company as the courier couldn't find my address ,I immediately contacted the company via live chat as contact number was unavailable .I was informed again that the delivery driver could not find my location which I felt at this time was lies ,as I had provided this company with my personal mobile phone number and I live in a small city and had never had this trouble before . I expressed my concerns professionally as I said to the person via chat there is satalite navigation systems that can find any address worldwide especially when you're company claims to ship worldwide!! I was told that they would pass on my concerns again to the courier company . By the 20 -12-19 I had still heard nothing and the contact information was still unavailable aswell as the live chat , so I emailed the company and expressed my feelings of frustration not long after I received a email saying that there ,was a mix up with the courier service and they would not be able to send me the bed till after Christmas now!!! I felt so betrayed and lied too from the start that I did ask for a refund in not a polite way ...But I did inform the person with whom I emailed that I would be writing a review as I was made to believe ,I would have my product in 5-7 days but I was continuously lied too and ignored ...False advertising at its peek .. Please do not order off this company whom claim to be a international company,but cannot find a address in a small city with now satalite navigation systems that can find anywhere I
