Ryan arrived at the agreed time. Really nice guy. Very knowledgeable and explained everything fully. Very neat and professional installation. He also took the time to show me how everything worked and helped me set up the app. He also sent me some tutorials via links to my phone.

Dan gave plenty of notice before he arrived and was caring, friendly and courteous. Dan taken me through each stage of the process of fitting my EV charger. The disruption to the house was minimal and we had just 10 minutes without power. I was made aware of this well in advance. Dan left everything clean and tidy when he had finished and talked me through the process of using the app to charge my new vehicle. I was also given some really good support and all my questions were answered leaving me reassured. This was a very positive experience and I feel well prepared to use the equipment havibg been given thorough support and guidance. Thank you Dan!

Dan, was very helpful, courteous and professional throughout his visit. He consulted with me over the location options for the charger and set out each step of the installation procedures in a way that was both clear and easy for me to understand. On completion of installation and testing he took me through the handover which involved configuring the Ohme app on my phone and taking me through its use. He demonstrated a very high level of skill and competence throughout which all added up to a confidence inspiring experience. Thank you Dan
