A Rated installed a front door, a back door, and 4 windows.
The front door developed a crack from regular use, what could be a manufacturer issue. No problem. We contacted A Rated to inquire about a replacement within the guarantee time and this took months to even be seen by a human. When we finally hear about a solution, they kick it down to the manufacturer. We wait another month. RIng them. They say, yes, oh, we had the part! Good. By the way, we noticed the seals on all the windows you installed seem to have a draft. Can you send someone to inspect to make sure they are installed properly? Yes, great. Takes several emails to get to talk to a person about agreeing on a date for installation and inspection. Someone broke their arm or something. New year comes along. Can't get a date down. I ring, requesting confirmation via email. Ghosted. No reponses. Decided to escalate with the regulator after warning them on the issue, the only time they seemed to respond to my emails. Decided to drop a review here to see if it does anything.
