Undelivered order
I have purchased fishing apparel items from this company several times over the past few years. I have always been happy with the clothing/delivery/sizes. I placed two orders in June during their going out of business sale. The first order was received without issue however the second order was never received, I did receive the typical shipping tracking number for USPS and it showed no activity as it was never dropped off. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company after 3 attempts to reach the company's customer service department/email was never returned with a reply.
Bad Quality
I have purchased many of their clothing before, but have this one bad experience. I bought a vest, within 1-1/2 months the zipper broke on the bottom. Brought it to a tailor, he said "can't fix, it's a defective zipper". I called AHR and just left messages got no response, I emailed, them got an impersonal message "sorry there are no warranties".....so I won't be buying from them again. I have about 20 items from them over the past few years and unfortunately, don't trust the product or service at all/anymore

Sea Turtle long sleeve has very large neck.
I got the Sea Turtle long sleeve in medium. Quality of construction was above average and pretty decent, but a little lower than other top name brand fishing apperal. The main reason for only 4 stars is mostly due to the fit and style. This shirt is very loose fitting compared to my other fishing shirts all sized medium, which isn't really all that concerning, but the neck is very large, like huge and gives the shirt a stretched out and used look, even though new. So if not for the giant neck opening these deserve 5 stars. One more thing not too happy about was the price. I paid $49 and then a day after I received they reduced the price to $39. That's Amazon type BS. Shipping was very fast too.
