Ross was fantastic

Excellent fast turnaround from Ross

Ross was great. I called to the office in Salford Quays this morning, loads of parking. Ross came to greet me with a visitor pass for parking and took my laptop. I had a call back within 15 minutes to say he'd found the issue and had it sorted (corrupt driver.) I was a bit gutted to have to leave the peaceful bench with a view where I was waiting outside in the sunshine, but went back into the office with Ross who had come back down to escort me. He talked me through the issue and explained what I needed to do once I got back home. All good, highly recommend :-)

Positive experience

Christy was professional, polite, and gave easy to understand instructions - although to be fair, she did most of the necessary work via remote access. Problem resolved in minutes - overall, a great experience with IT; and it's not always I can say that!

Ross * * * * * * * * * * 10 Stars For Your Support

If I could apply a 10 Star Review for my feedback today this wouldn't be sufficient, I requested help earlier today and received a ticket with a priority number, since the weekend my email outlook had completely failed to search, send and receive, Ross at APEX rang me and talked me through the issue, he also remoted in to access my system to ensure the correct steps had been taken, within minutes I was back up and running. I personally want to give Ross a million thank you's for his professional expertise, both on the telephone and remotely correcting this issue immediately, Ross you are a genius and a delight to work with. Will 100% recommend you.
