Please be aware, this company is scam, they advertise 100% refund if not satisfied, no way ! They send wrong items then offer a £2 refund, if you persist up it to £4 Have reported to Trading standards but since they are a Chinese company they can do nothing.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A TOTAL FRAUD.
Ordered a breathable bra size 38. It arrived and the sizing was ridiculous . Noway was it a Uk 38 more like 34 When i asked for a return & refund they said it would be too expensive to return so they offered a £2 refund and to keep bra which frankly was an insult. The bra initially cost £16.94 what was the use of a bra that in no way would fit. Their argument was it was what I had ordered. Which it was, but as I was unable to try on that was a stupid statement. I will never use this Company again. Customers beware.
Awful company. Ordered an equestrian advent calendar in November. Showed shipping from USA, but never arrived. When I queried it they said they were sending a new one (this time from China?). Had to chase a lot (funny enough every time you chase the shipping got updated....). Eventually arrived 28th December. Product was a total joke, not as advertised, sizing was wrong, was cheap and nasty. Contacted the company and asked for a refund as not as described - offered £3. Went back and said not good enough, was then offered £6. I kept pushing and they told me I would have to return (to China!) at my own expense before they would process a refund. I have refused and continue to ask for a full refund. Have now contacted my credit card company to raise a dispute. AVOID!!
This is a SCAM seller. Please avoid them on all social platforms. I ordered for their promoted toothpaste. The first red flag was that they over-deducted the price from my card. This was refunded after I complained. With prolonged delays and many follow up emails from me, I received an opened parcel without any item inside. I raised the issue but was told that they can only give me £2 out of £21 that I paid.

I ordered special offer of 3 bras size 3L, supposedly to fit size 38G bust, they measured 30" at full stretch. Company said they had supplied what I ordered - no way was this the case. £2 refund offer increased to £4 when I have paid £24 - totally unacceptable. Should be no stars for my experience.
Sent parcel back as item didn’t fit, product not as I thought and poor quality. No paperwork in package with regards to receipt or invoice and no instructions for return of package. Returned package to address indicated. No refund forthcoming. I contacted them and was told I had sent the package to the wrong address and I would not be refunded. They offered me £2 compensation, then increased the offer to £4. No refund. Please don’t use this company.
This company is based in China which I was not made aware off when placing my order, took forever to arrive and when the dress arrived it was nothing like the advertised item and the fit was ridiculous, I am a size 12 so ordered large, the top was really tight and the skirt was like wearing a tent, I contacted them to say I want to return for a refund and they first offered me £3 compensation then uped it to £8 or give the dress to a someone else as the postage charge to China is expensive, so much for my statutory rights as a customer, disgusting , Do not use this company

I ordered sandals and a summer dress. The sandals are hard and I cannot wear them due to this and the size is too small. I ordered a size 42 when I normally take a 39/40. The sandal colour was meant to be navy but is dirty grey/green/blue and SMELLS of chemicals! The dress is very pretty but doesn’t fit me. The size is smaller than expected! I was told to offer them or sell to a friend!! Not their problem! Then started offering me discounts of £7 then £8 and say that it would be too expensive to send back to China. They now are just saying it’s not their problem. Goods arrived just over a month DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
It was a terrible experience dealing with this company. The dresses I received was unfinished and unwearable! I asked for a refund or exchange and was offered a £8 reduction on a £30 item. Customer Service tried to blackmail me by saying if she offered more she was in danger of losing her job. Was advised to give the unwearable dress to a friend. Also told to stop emailing them cos I wouldn’t get anything more. The initial email and every other I sent advised about the high cost of posting to China. It’s a company without scruples and should be banned from UK selling platforms.
Order placed over a month ago, items not received. AI customer service, very difficult to communicate with the retailer. Holding out little hope for my items nor refund 😩
Items arrived after about four weeks but was poor quality and nothing like the image shown. No paperwork inside and the request for a return and refund met with opposition, told return and refund process would take a long time and return postage charge would be high so best keep the "unwanted" items. Finally managed to negotiate a 25% refund. Would not recommend this company.
When I ordered a dress was told I had not completed order so this I did.size 10 I then found that they had duplicated order. The order duplicate was size 6/8 Contacted company ,waste of time . Don't use ,size 10/12 arrived and is huge ! Size 6/8 now due , so will have 2 dresses one of which was not ordered! Totally awful company!
This should be zero stars take your money and don’t send the goods out disgusting company
I would give zero stars if I could. This organisation does not abide by any direct selling rules nor their own customer service standards stated on their site. If things go wrong or items are wrongly sized they will not provide a return address, nor will they accept returns. Avoid at all costs.
