Sehr gute Erfahrung!
I run a mid-sized logistics company based in Frankfurt Germany, and we chose PROTOS AI AGENCY from Thessaloniki to build a custom AI-powered routing and predictive maintenance solution for our fleet. From the very first call, their team impressed us with crystal-clear communication in English, deep technical expertise and a surprisingly structured approach for a relatively young agency. They delivered the entire project (including an on-premise LLM integration for full data sovereignty) two weeks ahead of schedule and stayed well within the agreed budget. What really sets PROTOS apart is their genuine understanding of European data protection requirements. Being ISO 42001, 27001 and 27701 certified gave us immediate confidence, especially since we handle sensitive transport data across multiple EU countries. Support after go-live has been outstanding; whenever we had questions, we received competent answers within hours. The solution already reduced our operational costs by 19 % in the first three months. Highly recommended for any European company looking for reliable, GDPR-compliant AI development.Thank you, PROTOS team – you’ve gained a long-term partner!
