Quick response from the chat line. But I had no confirmation of my deposit until I contacted them again to find out if they had actually received my payment.

Easy investment; risks clearly laid out.
Investing was simple (but not too simple - the risks were clearly explained). I did what I wanted to do in just a few minutes
Abundance are very easy to deal with, and use straightforward lanuage and steer clear of jargon. Having seen some of their advertisements on the tube network,it prompted me to invest.
i love that there is a simple way to invest locally. brilliant
Very simple and easy experience with clear and concise information prior to investing. Could do with an app to help track the investments.
I do a lot of crowdinvesting and Abundance has a really good concept. Sadly, my portfolio has performed terribly, compared to other platforms I invested in. A substantial part of my investments is in default and I lost about half of what I put in. That also has to do with insufficient diversification and bad luck on my part, but I don't think Abundance is doing as much as its peers in trying to actively recover assets. I also lost a substantial part of my investment due to Pound Sterling's depreciation. That's not Abundance's fault, obviously, but is an additional risk factor for foreign investors.
Happy with Abundance. Easy platform to use, and when I needed assistance they were responsive. Would recommend.
Clear website.
It’s a simple straightforward process and I want to support sustainable initiatives by local councils.
Your support team were helpful when I called and the website is reasonably easy to navigate.
Great way to invest in positive projects that make a difference locally and globally
The Abundance website had an "update" some months ago which meant that a lot of useful information is no longer available. I used to be able to see what was On Track / Material Change/ Restructured/ In Default. I've tried, but cannot now find that information summarised anywhere. When looking for investments, it would be helpful if the term and rates of interest were shown in the thumbnails, rather than having to check each one individually.
Website easy to use - Very clear quick response from Maria when I asked for clarification on ISA status etc
It's easy to invest via Abundance, and they go to great lengths to emphasise the possible risks and that these are understood. The accompanying documentation is comprehensive.
Simple and straightforward investment process
The marketplace is clunky - i'm glad it exists, because that's part of building a believe that these investments are slightly more flexible - but I preferred your previous interface where I could filter by maturity date, or sort by IRR value etc. Also, If i want to buy several listings, I'd like to be able to click on them all at once. I understand each will require its own emails, but it seems like a lot of extra mouse-clicks to go in and out of the menus. Overall, what you're doing is terrific, though. It's nice to be able to invest in environmental projects.
