Please dont do this to yourself - robbed blind.
I used Routes in Cancun... PLEASE don't do this to yourself. WOW I have never experienced worse communication, or worse customer service. I was robbed absolutely blind and misinformed about everything from insurance to the deposit cost. The number they gave me to call the insurance company was an 800 number to an American company, and using the Mexican area code didn't help. I was told flat out that additional insurance that I purchased through Expedia could not be used to file a claim - yet no insurance they have covers tires. So I had to pay out of pocket for a tire I got a nail in. They took almost my whole deposit and got a new tire out of me... I'll use ANY other company next time. Ended my vacation spending WAY more than intended. On top of this, the shuttle driver messed around pacing in front of the store when me and the other lady had ONE hour before our flight. Then he had the nerve to ask for a tip to "speed to the airport" he told us he wasn't waiting for anyone else... clearly just screwing us around for money. What an absolutely backwards company. They offered me a discount if I would leave a 5 star review - I'm sure thats what 80% of these good reviews are.
