My second review of this company and…don’t book with them !
My second review of this company and I’m still on the tour as I write this. With the power of social media I’ve managed to contact other people who also booked the same tour and again they were all moved to different hotels , none of them stayed in the “ lodge” as advertised! Hazy View is where they were moved to 21kms away from Kruger. They changed the tour time at the park, the highlight of the tour because they stated our hotel was now too far away ! False advertising! Do not book with this company . They’ll reply “ we are sorry” blah blah blah but there will be no refunds and definitely no apology from the tour guide. Do yourself a favour and book with a reputable company . ACCC are looking in to them!
