I just signed up with Tomato Energy''
I just signed up with Tomato Energy in the last couple of months my electric usage is very low as i live on my own. But today''' i go too put a Meter Reading in and find that its been Auto Estimated and 364 Whatts added without even asking me for a reading '' ive sent a photo of my current meter reading which is 364 Whatt's Lower than there Auto Estimation .''' So ill have too see what they say when i phone customer services tmro'' i have not received my electric bill at the Set Rate'' that was Advertised'' on Tomato Energy website when i signed up with them and i have paid all change over fees and current bills up to date but the current bill is not a Set Rate so im a little confused'' as too how this Company is operating as some reviews on here tell a different story of getting there monthly Electric bills at a cheap Set Rate ie £170 odd pounds monthly'' which is what i initially signed up for''. Lets hope i can get some Solid Answers to my problem'' with Tomato Energy Auto Estimated Computerised Calculations being put in to the my WHATTS meter readings Account without my Consent. When my readings are up front and 364 WHATT's LOWER'' than a computerised estimated reading'' being put in without my consent im not really very happy as a customer because i always go to Great lengths to try and make sure all my Bills are paid when its time too pay''i feel a bit put out if i've just come up against another miscalculating Electric company ''its shameful if i have'' and ill have to go to the Ombudsman yet again'' Its all so stressful when something dosen't do what it says on the label in this Situation im wondering if its a can of worms'' or a nice can of Tomatoes '' ill just have to wait and see ''Lets hope it turns out too be a set rate and a nice can of Tomatoes and just a minor mistake on the companies part .I have given them a 5 Star rating because i still have faith in Honest companies doing what they say they will do . lets hope they turn out Flying full Colours for the UK Customers in the future of Energy providers. As there seems to be so many too choose from today ''.
